With two ensuite bedrooms, an open concept living room, and a private indoor spa, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location for families, couples, hikers, skiers, riders, and anyone wanting fast access to Mammoth’s best outdoor activities.

Eagle Lodge: 2 minutes by car, quick access to the slopes without Village crowds.
The Village at Mammoth: 3 minutes away, Restaurants, coffee, shops, gondola, nightlife — everything close but not noisy.
Sierra Star Golf Course: 7-minute walk, perfect summer convenience.
Lakes Basin: 7–10 minutes, Lake Mary, Horseshoe Lake, Twin Lakes, and endless trailheads.

THE SPACE: This is strictly a non-smoking unit. This recently updated (Winter 2024) stylish split-level townhome offers an easy open living area with vaulted ceilings, ensuite bedrooms, in unit spa and stylish mid-century touches.
MAIN LEVEL: Easy access from your two designated parking spaces right out the front door, no more lugging gear around. The hallway features a convenient bench and hooks with places to store your boots and gear. The full sized washer and dryer are located just in the hall, outside the bedrooms. Each of the two bedrooms can be accessed from the main hall. The stairs to the second level is directly off the front door.
Bedrooms: Bedroom #1, the primary bedroom, can be found at the end of the entry hall and features a queen bed, ensuite full bathroom, lots of closet and dresser space – very private.
Bedroom #2 is an ensuite bedroom featuring a queen bed, ample closet and dresser space, and a private ensuite full bathroom.
SPACIOUS LIVING SPACE: Access the living space at the top of the stairs welcomed by a warm pellet stove and private in unit spa!

PRIVATE INDOOR SPA (RARE IN MAMMOTH!) One of the highlights of this home is the dedicated indoor spa with a three-person hot tub. Access via the living room through a sliding glass door, you are transported into luxury. Bathrobes are provided.
Relax privately after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring — no walking outside in the cold to a shared jacuzzi. This amenity alone keeps guests coming back!

Absolutely perfect place to stay if going to Mammoth!! The house has everything that you would expect to have at home, beautifully decorated, clean and in a perfect location close to skiing and town center. The hot tub on the balcony is the ideal place to relax at the end of the day! We recommend the house without any reservations and we would definitely stay here again!!
Very cozy living room! The couch and fireplace made for a relaxing evening after long days of skiing. Bed in Master was very comfortable as well. Wonderful location and parking was always available right outside the front door.
The rooms were clean, kitchen was well equipped. Some very cool artwork. First experience with a pellet heater, which was interesting. Bedrooms on the bottom, kitchen & living room on second floor. Nice to have a washer & dryer.Easy to get in & out, easy parking, centrally located.

Amazing cabin close to restaurants and a supermarket. It was very clean and incredibly well organized — the kitchen drawers were labeled, which made finding everything super easy.
Kevin sent the instructions in a timely manner and included all the necessary information. He even added details about the weather so we could be prepared for heavy snow.

The space was better than expected and great instructions and labeling. Loved that cabinets, drawers and switches were labeled.
This was a terrific ski getaway condo. It is really close to Eagle Lodge where we found easy parking. The unit is nicely provisioned and very comfortable. The pellet stove kept the upper rooms very toasty. The enclosed spa was great. It snowed for several of the days we were there (lucky us!) and not having to leave the unit to get a therapeutic soak after a hard day of skiing was appreciated. Parking right in front was handy (although being outdoors means clearing off snow in the morning) and the building did a fabulous job efficient snow removal on the roads and parking areas. The entry way is nicely set up for taking off and storing wet ski gear. All in all, we were happy with this property, the responsiveness of the host and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great condo in convenient location. Check in was super easy as was parking. The fireplace was amazing, really pumped out the heat! Kitchen was stocked and everything was labeled for easy access. Only negative was the hot tub was a bit dirty and kinda smelly. Not sure when the water was last drained. Also, the master bedroom’s bed was very firm and there’s a door to the outside that lets a lot of light in so if you like to sleep in complete darkness, the first bedroom is where you’ll want to sleep.Overall a great spot! Would stay again.

Great location, quiet but easy access and short drive to Eagle/Canyon and shops. Heat works well, which can be hit or miss in Mammoth condos. The hot tub was a big hit with the family. Kitchen has everything you need, and then some. One note: would be great to have a map of the condo complex to mark exactly where this unit is. Getting there at night with some snow after 5 1/2 hr drive makes for a grumpy group of passengers since none of the numbers on the condos are lit or visible from the car.

The home was fantastic—thoughtfully designed with a great layout and plenty of comfortable touches throughout. The labeled details made everything easy to navigate, and the pellet heater was a unique and cozy bonus. Its location near Mammoth and Old Mammoth was very convenient. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
