SAND HILL MANOR at Gearhart Beach: Enjoy this spacious six bedroom 3.5 bath home located in lovely Gearhart, a quiet town just three miles north of Seaside. Take your nice morning walk, down the path to watch the great Pacific Ocean play upon the sand. This home away from home offers cozy bedrooms on the second story with access to the walk around deck. The airy master bedroom invites you to relax by the romantic fireplace, unwind in a warm bath in our claw and ball bathtub or take in the night breezes of the ocean as you step out to the private deck. With a separate staircase from the master bedroom one can quietly go to the kitchen for a warm cup of chocolate without disturbing others. Be creative with your incredible cooking skills in the chef’s kitchen that has plenty of room for all your helpers and chat with friends seated at the island bar.
A large outdoor fireplace with an enclosed court yard beckons you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and starlit skies. Or take a nice relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub. A perfect place for the golfer to engage in a nice round of golf at the Gearhart Golf Links located just a few blocks away. All the bedrooms are located upstairs. You have a Master with a King bed with a gas Fireplace and adjoining bathroom, then you have 1 room with Bunk beds, 1 room with 2 Fulls, 1 room with 2 twins, and 2 rooms with Queen beds. The Kitchen, dining, living room and Bar room are all located on the main floor.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Summer 2026 : We are taking bookings for Saturday to Saturday only. Bookings made on any other day of the week will be subject to cancellation unless guest can stay Saturday to Saturday.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

Please note that the bbq grill will only be available for use May-September.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Occupancy: 12 people (Guests of all ages, as well as visitors stopping by, count toward occupancy)

Maximum Vehicles - 5 (Vehicles must park on site, there is no street parking allowed per city ordinance for guests staying at or visiting a vacation rental home in Seaside) Vehicle parking is a long driveway with vehicles parked bumper to bumper.
