Immaculately clean, charming duplex unit completely renovated! Only .3 miles to Sea St beach. Quick walk to local hot spots: Dog House Restaurant, Woolfies Bakery and Cleat and Anchor! Updated kitchen, appliances and bathroom, hardwood floors, skylight and cathedral ceilings. 5000 BTU air conditioners in living room and master bedroom. Front porch and a rear 6’x7’ deck with picnic table. Outdoor area also includes gas grill and lawn chairs. Home includes cable TV and WiFi.

The house was clean, comfortable, centrally located to everything and super welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was so sweet and grateful. Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby. Just two issues we had during stay — the air conditioners did not really cool the small space and the garbage disposal situation needs to be fixed. Animals tipped over the garbage cans and tore through the garbage. There was no where to put waste.
