Immaculately clean, charming duplex unit completely renovated! Only .3 miles to Sea St beach. Quick walk to local hot spots: Dog House Restaurant, Woolfies Bakery and Cleat and Anchor! Updated kitchen, appliances and bathroom, hardwood floors, skylight and cathedral ceilings. 5000 BTU air conditioners in living room and master bedroom. Front porch and a rear 6’x7’ deck with picnic table. Outdoor area also includes gas grill and lawn chairs. Home includes cable TV and WiFi.

Note: Bath is stand up shower only.

Best week ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented one side and my parents rented the other. It was a perfect shared vacation. The house was clean, comfortable, centrally located to everything and super welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she was so sweet and grateful. I highly recommend this location, just leave a week for us ;).

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Great restaurants nearby. Just two issues we had during stay — the air conditioners did not really cool the small space and the garbage disposal situation needs to be fixed. Animals tipped over the garbage cans and tore through the garbage. There was no where to put waste.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a fantastic location. Very close to the beach, Sundae School, and Chapin's. It's small but comfortable. An unexpected bonus was that the two ends of the couch recline. The outdoor shower is great. Grill worked well. My only complaints are that there were way too many throw pillows everywhere and every cabinet in the kitchen was full so there wasn't anywhere to put the food we brought - but I recognize the second issue is pretty common. I'd recommend this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a very good experience for the second consecutive year at this property. * Location was as advertised. Overall, pretty clean and great space. Air conditioners/ceiling fan were exceptional. Love the small porch and being on the quiet street off the main road was a huge plus.A few FYIs/suggestions:* Add many more clothespins. There were only 3 clothespins to hang laundry to dry outside. Seems like a little thing, I know, but after a few windy nights, clothing was blown off the lines overnight and wasn't dry in the am.* There were tiny ants in great quantity in the bathroom for a couple days. There wasn't any food remains nearby FYI. Easy to kill/clean up but might want to check for any bigger issues?We had an amazing week here-- thank you!
