New Sunroom Addition! Beautiful, Peaceful mornings with the birds and bunnies! NO SMOKING cottage, with 2 spacious bedroom house with a large fenced and private backyard. Newly added Central Air conditioning. 1/2 mile easy walk to the beach. Coffee shop, local restaurants, and ice cream, all within an easy walk. Outdoor shower, patio, and driveway. Comfy, cozy and well located. Freshly updated bathroom and kitchen. This is a family friendly neighborhood without heavy traffic. 10 minutes from the Dennis exit 9 near the Stop and Shop plaza. Bike trails and kayaking with an easy drive. Plenty of privacy and elbow room. All varieties of beaches available. National Seashore is a short drive. Fully fenced in yard. This is a non-smoking cottage. No more than 2 dogs. I DO NOT RENT THROUGH CRAIGS LIST. THAT SITE IS A SCAM. If you rent through Craig's list, you will have been scammed and not be allowed into the cottage.

Chris' cottage is our go to when visiting Cape Cod. This was our 3rd stay. With the new sunroom and great outdoor patio it is even better than the first 2 stays. Chris is welcoming and accommodating.

Dogs were as thrilled with the house and yard and area as we were. (Ocean! Bunnies! Dog supply store in easy walking distance!) We were also able to go to nearby restaurants with our dogs, dining outside. Highly recommend.

Cozy, great location

Really met our needs

Chris is a great host. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the house is clean and easy to use. We wished that the closets had been empty for our use, but there are enough hooks and things to hang clothes on that it was a minor issue. The location near Dennisport is very convenient to both Dennis and Harwich though a little tricky to get to depending on how you're approaching. Overall, a great stay and like I said, totally met our needs for 2025.

Great little cottage!

Great Weekend Away

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was the perfect house for a quiet and relaxing weekend away. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. We enjoyed the short walk to Inman beach everyday and the quick drives to beautiful restaurants and other places on the cape. Would definitely stay again!

Very cozy and quiet stay

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. Not too big, not too small cape on a very quiet street that is within walking distance of restaurants and bars. The fenced-in yard was probably the best part though. Our puppy had the time of her life

A Cold Weekend In Warm Home

I spent the weekend on Cape Cod during a frigid weather storm. Temperatures were below zero and 40mph winds. The house was perfect for a comfortable peaceful weekend. It was clean and in a good location. The furniture was comfortable and the shower had wonderfully hot water. The yard was fenced and quite big for my four legged friend. Christine, the owner, was responsive and easily available.

Cute Cottage, Great Location

My family just got home from a nice long weekend! The owner was great throughout the entire process. She was very responsive to questions before booking and sent along very detailed instructions/directions after the final payment had been made. This was the cleanest property we’ve ever rented through this site! The kitchen was charming and well stocked with all kinds of spices and utensils. The bathroom shower was beautifully tiled and there was even an outdoor shower (wasn’t warm enough weather for us to test out.) The fenced in yard is also great for kids or pets. 15 minute walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood and lots of shops & restaurants downtown.

I bought this property as a gift to myself and a legacy to my family, after I raised them and sent them to college. I worked full time plus as a Home Care Nurse. I'm on the right in the photo. The other lady is my cousin. I am now happily retired

Why they chose this property

This house is an all season house that has such good bones that reflects a 1940's standard. We did updating with a deck, outdoor shower and all new appliances, as well as a new bathroom and kitchen updates. The yard has been regraded and seeded, and now has an irrigation system, that runs at night. There is a gated picket fence that holds in dogs and children This property is a total joy for me to share with friends, old and new. This centrally located property is east access to Rt. 6 and many beaches. The closest is Inman Beach, 1/2 mile away on the southern side. The water is warm

What makes this property unique

What makes this home great is the location. It is 10 minutes from the former Exit going South from Rt. 6 at Dennisport, near the major shopping area. Stop and Shop is on the left after you exit. This is a grocery store. It is an easy drive to get to the cottage, and it is off of the main roads. There is no fast traffic to deal with. The neighborhood is quiet, which allows for walks, bike riding and great stars on a clear night! The coffee shop is an easy walk with freshly made food to order. Bucky's. A nice walk in the evening will show a sky bright with stars unhampered by lights.
