Enjoy amazing views and an unbeatable location just one house from the beach! This three- bedroom duplex is just steps away from Swan Pond River Landing and popular South Village Beach. With Cape Cod living at its finest, this home boasts an upside down layout with bedrooms on the main level and the living and dining area upstairs-panoramic views everywhere!

Upon entering the home, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a stackable washer/dryer and attached private bathroom. The upstairs living area features beachy decor and an open concept design. The fully stocked kitchen has a dishwasher and bar seating. Step out onto the deck for extra seating and warm ocean breezes.

Each side of this duplex home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 7 Baker Way is the left hand side of the home. You can rent one side to sleep 7 or both sides to sleep a total of 14 people. Connecting doors on each level make it super convenient. Enjoy central air conditioning, private enclosed outside shower, dishwasher and TV's in the living area and master bedroom.

Situated in the heart of West Dennis, you can easily take a drive down Lower County Road to visit local restaurants including Sundae School Ice Cream, Dog House, and The Wee Packet just to name a few. If you wanted to check another beach along Nantucket Sound, West Dennis Beach (1.2 mile) is located right around the corner. Swan River is the perfect spot to launch your kayak or paddle board! Rent one from Bass River Kayaks and have them dropped off during your stay!

Hi Sara, thank you for your response. Looks like we list the queen in the primary and we have a pyramid bunk- twin over full. I am not sure which bed you are referring to. That being said, so happy you had a nice time and hope to see you again next year!

The sunrises and sunsets from the top deck were breathtaking.The house was well stocked with everything that you needed to cook with. It was clean and well maintained. We did notice that the gas grill would only light on one burner so we called the number provided for maintenance and they quickly came and fix it. We highly recommend this house for your own family vacation.
