The Perfect Layout

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been staying here for years now and we have every intention on coming back for years to come. The house has the perfect layout with 3 bedrooms, the family room, and front & back. And its right up the street from the river with an inviting breeze!

Nice house, quiet neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was more updated than some we’ve rented, pretty clean. A family of five with three teenagers and we felt there was enough space, even on the few rainy days we had. TV’s in 3 rooms and lots of games and puzzles provided. Kitchen table is small but accurately shown in the pics and we took that into consideration when renting. The surprise was the nice patio with table and chairs out back, much more room for family meals and not shown in the pics. I wouldn’t suggest taking the ‘access’ to the river into account. We had to ask where it was and it’s just an overgrown path between two houses that leads to a mucky part of the river bank. Also no fire pit as stated. Had one small issue with the kitchen light that was addressed quickly. Easy 15 min walk to Haigis beach. We really did like the house and the quiet neighbor hood. Would rent it again.

Very Happy

My family and I stayed in this rental and we couldn’t be happier. The house was perfect for myself, husband, and three children. It’s located in a cute neighborhood with very little car traffic. There was board games, cards, and even some toys if you have a smaller child. We ate out on the patio almost every night. The living room furniture was super comfortable too. We loved the outdoor shower to wash off all the sand after spending our days at the beach. My one issue was the hot water tank must be extremely small. We were unable to get through a shower without it cooling off. That being said it would not stop me from staying here again. The house and location were wonderful!
