This adorable PET FRIENDLY cape style home is located on a peaceful, residential, dead end road, close to two fresh water ponds and just a short drive to Pleasant Bay! +++NEW FOR 2024-renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and dining areas*** The property offers four comfortable bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to 8. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living , formal dining room, a full bath and two bedrooms, one with Queen sized bed and the other with two twin sized beds. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the second with a full bed and a daybed. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Outside, a spacious deck features outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Great amenities are wireless internet, central air and washer/dryer. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request for maximum capacity at an additional cost.

Good vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had plenty of room in the house for 2 dogs, 4 adults, and 2 children. It was great, and the Chatham area is great. We had central air, and I'm glad we did since it was hot and humid many days of the week.

Lovely week

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in Chatham. This home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood (perfect for walking our dogs!) and easy drives to beautiful Nickerson state park, Cape Cod rail trail, Chatham and even bayside beaches etc. The home was neat with a well stocked kitchen for us to make many of our own meals! We’d definitely come back here. Thank you very much!

Great house, perfect area, privacy

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful. House was clean when we got there. Kitchen had excellent utensils (pots and pans as well) to entertain. Beds were comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Spacious living space and great open kitchen. Great space outdoors for a few families to be there at a time. Overall great place.

Overall good vacation

Property didn't appear to be occupied previously to our stay so it would have been nice to given the option to check in earlier then 3:30 pm. Ended up with 2 ticks on me just from taking out the garbage. No steps off the deck to the outdoor shower was inconvenient and possibly dangerous.

Things to fix

Toilet doesn’t flush well. Teflon on pans wearing of and potentially in food. Large limb fell on the driveway. Car would have been badly damaged but we were at the beach. Someone showed up the next morning with a chainsaw the next day at 6:30 AM to remove it! CRAZY
