Your relaxing Cape Cod vacation awaits! Rent just one side for your family or both sides for you and your friends/family! This well maintained, 3 bedroom, 1 bath unit in a duplex style 2-family home allows you to walk to ocean beaches. It's set in an excellent, quiet, family neighborhood and sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Full size bed located in one bedroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom, and two twin beds are in the third bedroom. Flat screen TV, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, full bathroom with combination tub/shower, patio, BBQ grill, and an outside shower with hot and cold running water.

2 weeks on Cape Cod!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We rented both sides of the duplex and we comfortably fit 12 adults. The property has everything u need from kitchen utensils to gas grill. The location is amazing with being able to walk to the beach. Also very close to restaurants and shops. We would love to stay there again.

Adorable place to stay

This was a great place in a super location. We walked 5 minutes to a beautiful beach. Close to ice cream places, restaurants, etc. We got lost getting there and I text the owner and got an immediate response on how to find it. Very nice and kind owners.

This was a great place. It is an easy walk to the beach and a good base from which to explore other places on Cape Cod, which was helpful for us as we had not been there in 40 years. We could have driven to the beach but are perfectly capable of walking and wanted to save the daily parking fee. Good dining options within a short drive. We could not figure out what to do with the recycling so left it bagged in the house - I hope that was OK. The owner responded promptly by text to our very few questions. Thanks for a nice vacation!

Great stay in a good neighborhood!

My friends and I stayed here for the week. It was a bit expensive but it seemed like that’s the going rate in early August. Everything was provided, except bath towels, which I texted the owner and he brought them over within 30, minutes (as they forgot to lay them out for us). Very good communication, clean and well stocked kitchen. Thanks for a great week!

We had so much fun, the house location is awesome, it is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The only issue we had, the Bed mattresses were awful, when you are on vacation, you are doing lots of activities, you need to come back home to rest, specially, when you go to bed. Need to change the mattress. But everything else was awesome!!!! Thank you to our hosts.

Nice vacation stay

A nice vacation rental, with many beaches to choose from to enjoy. Was very clean, and had all essentials needed. Wished we had more than 1 bath towel per person and 1 hand towel for all of us. Thought the listing said to bring your favorite beach towels, not regular towels and facecloths. Had a very nice backyard for my granddaughter to play and the fire pit was great. Loved Mayflower and West Dennis beaches. Overall great. Could use better twin mattress that don’t make terrible noises when you move , so loud! Cleaning people still washing floors when we got there at 4:10pm , then we had to wait til they dried to walk on them, 15 -20 min. Other than that we had a great time enjoying the Cape, and those wonderful beaches. Loved that we could use the smart tv for Netflix and Disney, and we did use the dvd player also. The central a/c was a definite must, because it was 90 degrees out for a few days. The owner John was pleasant and responded quickly to any concerns .

Great beaches

My family had a lovely getaway in West Dennis. John and Sandy have set this property up very thoughtfully, and take quite good care of it. We really enjoyed the patio and gas grill. The outdoor shower is so perfect for after beach rinses. We are already planning our getaway for next summer.

Great rental!

The rental was great! Met all of our basic needs. Loved the proximity to the beach and various restaurants. My husband and daughter loved the back yard for frisbee and kite flying. Would definitely stay again!

Great time in July

We got a great week to be at the Cape! Earlier weeks in July were mostly rain but our week was hot! This was our first year at this property and it won't be our last. Location for us was absolutely key for what we wanted to do over the week. The outdoor shower is KEY when you are down here! I was pleasantly surprised that the shower had hot water too (I had stayed at another place before and outside was cold only). For us the 3 bedrooms also helped tremendously during the week with our kids coming down on different days. Looking forward to next year!

My husband, my 17 year old son & I stayed at this property. We had an amazing vacation. We loved that the property was walking distance to South Village beach. The property was spacious & had a nice area in back to BBQ & a fire pit for s’mores. It also had a clothes line to hang up beach towels. We fell in love with Dennis and will definitely use this property again!!!

Underwhelmed

No washer , dryer as listed. Very minimal linens. No dish towel, pot holders, paper towels. No mop, so unable to clean floors at check out. No directions for trash removal. Welcoming brouchere said to enjoy snacks in refrigerator (which wasn’t expected) but there were none. Location is what I expected and the house was clean.
