Mezzanine equipped with 1 kingsize double bed, TV and DVD.

A beautiful pool house area with barbecue / grill, sink, wood worktop and refrigerator. A large 11x4.5m heated pool.

Terrace of 250m2 with 6 Deckchairs, armchairs, hammock, tables and 10 chairs under pergola. 2000 m2 of landscaped garden maintained and planted with fruit trees, not overlooked.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine à 10 personnes dans cette très belle maison, dans un état impeccable et très bien équipée. Accueil très professionnel, chambres spacieuses et agréables, plusieurs coins extérieurs et intérieurs permettant de s'isoler, très belle piscine chauffée, terrain de pétanque, table de ping-pong... Tout près du mont Ventoux, de l'Isle sur la Sorgue, de Gordes et autres sites magnifiques. A recommander ++

Superbe maison familiale très bien décorée et équipée avec une piscine parfaite

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison magnifique. La cuisine est immense et permet de préparer tout ce qu’il faut en convivialité. Et les extérieurs sont parfaits pour manger, faire une sieste, lire, se rafraîchir dans la grande piscine, faire des jeux… Bref, une propriété parfaite pour passer un très bon moment en famille au cœur de la Provence.

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning

Zeer mooie vakantiewoning voorzien van alle comfort. Beschrijving komt overeen met realiteit. Mooi zwembad en groot terras rondom het zwembad. Voldoende schaduwruimtes. Zeer rustige ligging. Ongeveer 4 km van het centrum van Pernes-Les-Fontaines waar goede bakkers zijn. Dichtsbijgelegen supermarkten in Carpentras (ca 8 km). Maar ondanks deze 2 minpuntjes toch een zeer leuke vakantie gehad. Zeer goede incheckprocedure en ontvangst. Minpunten: we verbleven er tijdens een hittegolf zodat het binnen vrij warm werd. Kamers waren een beetje koel te houden dankzij de vele ventilatoren beschikbaar in het huis (geen airco) en het dichthouden van de luiken. Leefruimte moeilijker koel te houden. Wifi was ook niet zeer sterk, in de slaapkamers was er geen goed bereik.

Superbe villa provençale

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans cette villa. Elle est magnifique, à la fois au calme et pas très loin de Pernes avec tous les commerces. La maison est conforme aux photos et elle est très bien équipée avec plein d’objets déco c’est très rare pour une location ! Rien ne manque et on se sent très vite comme chez soi. La conciergerie est un vrai plus, très sympa et réactive en cas de problème et/ou de questions et suggestions de visites. Et oui il n’y a pas la clim, on le savait et honnêtement ce n’était pas gênant pour nous on a pu conserver une température agréable a l’intérieur avec les nombreux ventilateurs. C’est vrai que nous avons eu de la chance car nous avons eu un super temps sans connaître les températures extrêmes de cet été (42 ou 43 degrés) On reviendra c’est certain et probablement dès l’été prochain !!

Bel endroit de villégiature très bien équipé

Que ce soit en extérieur ou en intérieur la maison est très agréable, et surtout très bien équipée pour cuisiner et se reposer, nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur ( pas de climatisation - nous respectons le choix) mais les conditions étaient particulièrement caniculaires ! La conciergerie est particulièrement efficace, sympathique et réactive. Nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Pernes les fontaines

This was the perfect house for our family of 6 adults to spend a peaceful week relaxing. A large swimming pool for pool games and numerous comfortable seating areas both in the shade and sun for relaxing. All the essential items such as washing up liquid, bin bags, spices etc were provided. Spacious house with comfortable beds. Excellent clear communication with David the concierge. We would definitely recommend this house.

An excellent week

This is a great property for a family holiday. We had 2 families (9 people) and it housed us comfortably. The house is furnished to a fairly high spec (bare in mind if you have young children that there are plenty of breakable ornaments) with a well equipped kitchen - we ate in every night due to covid. The pool area is great with plenty of seating, and shade if you want it. The bedrooms were a nice size and all equipped with fans which, given the temperature in the summer, is a must. David, who dealt with our stay while we were there, was really helpful, friendly and spoke perfect English. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

In het algemeen toplocatie: bezoek aan waves island & mont ventoux zijn vlakbij. Woning is afgelegen wat privesfeer versterkt, leuk voor feestje te maken onder vrienden. Spijtige aan de woning is het ontbreken van Airco maar in het algemeen was dit enkel voor de eerste dag een probleem. Na 1 nacht alles open was het huis terug ok qua temperatuur. Paar kleine gebrekjes ( door vorige huurders?) maar die werden direct opgelost door host David. Absolute aanrader!

Très bon séjour entre amis avec des ados

Très belle villa, décorer avec beaucoup de goût, les hôtes font en sorte que l' on se sent comme a la maison, villa très bien équipée, soucis du détail. Villa spacieuse, différents espaces de détente permettant chacun d'avoir des espaces de liberté ( deux salons a l'extérieur, espace bar, salon séjour, mezzanine, grande cuisine, nous étions 10 et très a l'aise. Le pool house est également vraiment agreable. Attention par contre avec de jeunes enfants a l'étage, garde corps en câble pas très "secure ".

Encore mieux que la première fois

Deuxième séjour de notre part, confirmant tout le bien que le premier séjour nous avait laissé. L'équipement de la villa est encore plus complet et permet véritablement de se sentir comme chez soi dès les premiers instants. La proximité de la piscine est un véritable avantage et nous en avons pleinement profité. Les différents services fournis par le service de conciergerie et leur réactivité sont vraiment appréciables.

Le paradis sur terre

Cette maison est magnifique. Tout y est pour que l'on se sente chez soi. Rien ne manque si ce n'est la climatisation. La piscine est parfaite avec sa cuisine d'été. David, le concierge est très à l'écoute et s'occupe de tout et si problème il y a, il est résolu au plus vite. La propriétaire est aux petits soins également pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Très joli village aussi. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.... À recommander à 100%.

Propriété agréable et pratique avec des enfants

Globalement séjour très réussi avec une maison très agréable et une conciergerie réactive et efficace. Quelques petites critiques constructives: En tout début de séjour la canicule nous a fait réaliser qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation, après les fortes chaleurs ça allait beaucoup mieux , Le trampoline n’avait pas de protection mais il a été démonté dès que nous nous en sommes inquiété. Le système d’alarme de la piscine est « réglementaire «  mais absolument pas fiable donc attention aux enfants ne sachant pas nager. Ceci étant nous avons passé un excellent séjour ; la maison étant isolée les enfants ont pu s’ébattre en toute liberté sans déranger personne.
