The quaint cottage was located in a quiet neighborhood and was close to all of the things we wanted to see and do. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen added to our enjoyment of the place.

Lovely cottage. Doesn’t have AC on the main level but we were comfortable without it even with highs in 90s. There is a window AC unit in the loft bedroom but we didn’t find the need to retreat to the upper level. Has everything you need including some nice touches like laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and a laundry basket. Host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of my favorite spaces I've stayed in. The house is so spacious and homey. Very clean and honestly you can't beat the price. Laszlo is a gracious host and provided all the in information I needed and was readily available to answer any questions. If I have one complaint, it is that we happen to be there on one of the hottest days and there is no air conditioning downstairs, so my fiance and I slept upstairs where there is A/C but a smaller bed. I loved the location. We were minutes away from Manitou springs and downtown Colorado Springs where there is tons of shops restaurants bars and things to do. I would absolutely stay here again.

It was great and we'd come again. There was cross ventilation and fans down stairs and a window unit for the up stairs. The only improvement I can think of would be to put a window unit in the downstairs bedroom for nights that may be on the warmer side.
