We had a great stay at the cottage! My kids loved the upstairs area to go relax and we all enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood and outdoor space with the pond!

We enjoyed staying in the cottage. The location close to our favorite spots (Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, etc) was perfect. Having the Safeway very near was super helpful. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Cute little cottage

Perfect spot for 3 adults traveling from out of town. So happy we found this place and the owner is awesome. Random cat came and said hi. Was able to enjoy the coi pond with fish in it. Everything was very nice. Kitchen and living room was nice to have.

Cozy Cottage

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a nice neighborhood and a great home base close to everything we wanted to do! The cottage was darling and we especially loved the little courtyard and the chickens!

Sweet little hideaway

This is an old house thats been fixed up with lovely woodwork, doors and original wood floors. The beds were great, kitchen was well-stocked and the back patio was inviting.

Great COS north end lication

I stayed for a week at this historic cottage during a cold spell. The furnace was great.The cottage was well equipped for cooking, doing laundry and doing business in COS. Of all our VRBO stays, this property had the most chill check in and checkout instructions.

Peaceful Cottage

Wonderful Cottage

We took a WFH trip to Colorado Springs and this cottage was the perfect place. Cute little space with a great heater and accommodations. It is close to many great restaurants and close enough for delivery from local restaurants. Close to the beautiful Garden of the Gods. Overall a great stay!

CO Springs - Spring Break

Communication with Lazlo was wonderful. He also provided clear directions on where to park, how to find the house and how to find things within the house as well. Very comfy home, bed and space upstairs for our teenager to have to himself. The house is also in a quiet, lovely neighborhood near Colorado College, grocery store and easy to get to and from downtown, Garden of the Gods and other fun hiking spots. If we go back to CO Springs I would definitely stay there again.

Clean & Convenient Location

Charming little cottage. Very clean and cozy. Easy access to OTC (Olympic Training Center), downtown, dining and Hwy 25. Owner resides in house at the front of the property, but still feels very private. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Colorado Springs.

Great older house with charm

House is older but is comfortably furnished, nicely decorated, and well maintained. Great for a couple or a small family. The patio is wonderful and the fish pond is a nice touch. Highly recommend this spot in the Old North End Neighborhood.
