Ideal vacation spot

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Clean and airy inside, with a lovely patio outside. We thoroughly enjoyed nearby Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. In the evenings, we were visited by the mule deer passing through. The Welcome book has directions to the attractions and to the nearest grocery, and the Eats book has suggestions for local restaurants. We found a nice basket of snacks when we arrived, which was very much appreciated after traveling all day to reach our vacation destination. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Terrific home and location

I booked this home because of all the 5 star reviews and yup! I’m giving it another one. The home is stellar. Yes, it looks just like the photos. The decor is super cute, lots of Colorado and local touches. The living areas have plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is well equipped with two coffeemakers, a traditional and a Keurig. The beds are comfortable and excellent amenities in the bathrooms. Love the Turkish towels and makeup cloths. Thoughtful touches everywhere. There’s outdoor seating and we were visited by deer every morning. The home is walking distance to the south entrance of Garden of the Gods. That’s where Balance Rock is, great photo op. Don’t miss walking in Garden of the Gods, spectacular! Both Manitou and Old Colorado City are nearby. Lots of cute shops and unique restaurants. The hosts are easy to communicate with and checkin was a breeze. We would love to stay here again. Top notch home!

Cozy home, great location!

This very clean, comfortable home is well stocked with anything you could need and in such a great central location to many of the Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs attractions. Marcia and Brian were excellent and thoughtful hosts, particularly as the massive snow storm hit on 3/13-3/14. We appreciated their kindness and greatly enjoyed our stay in their VRBO. If we ever get to return to Colorado, I would certainly stay here again as this was perfect for our family of 5. Thank you Marcia and Brian for being such wonderful hosts!

Fantastic spot in the Springs!

This cozy, comfortable home exceeded our expectations. We stayed here over a long weekend, and as promised, was well-located for hikes and excursions in and around the Springs. The kitchen was well-appointed, and the hosts provided a complimentary selection of snacks, in addition to an honor bar for wine. It was quiet and peaceful, and the highlight was a morning visit from 10 mule deer! We would definitely stay here again!
