Perfect secluded place for our weekend visit to Colorado Springs. House had everything we needed, and was cozy and comfortable. We did not want to leave. The scenic views were amazing and so close to Garden of the Gods and Manitou. Directions and instructions were clear and simple. We are definitely staying here again.

Great place!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing! If you like hiking and the outdoors this place is a no brainier! Walking distance to Garden of the Gods and a short drive to everywhere else. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

This Vrbo is nestled right in the mountain with amazing views and wildlife. It is also right across from a horse ranch, which I highly recommend visiting, so even on the mornings we’re deer are scarce you can see the horses

So close to Garden of the Gods!

Everything was clean, wonderful, and as described in the listing. The mountain views and easy distance to all the natural attractions, especially Garden of the Gods, was our favorite part.

Fantastic Location Nice Place

The house is close to everything. It is comfortable, beds are nice. Kitchen has everything we needed. Instructions from the owner were clear. My wife was very happy. I would stay there again.

Absolutely perfect!

The home was gorgeous, with all the touches of coziness and warmth we were hoping for. As far as the location goes - it could not have been more perfect! Walking to Garden of the Gods, or driving 5 mins to Manutou Springs was so incredibly convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Colorado Springs!

Manitou Springs

Everything we needed was in the unit. The owners live very close and can respond quickly with any issues. The unit has also been well cared for. There is a horse stable near by, so if you do not like horses that might be an issue. The location is unbeatable for seeing all the things in and around Colorado Springs.

Wonderful location; beautiful property

This is a very high-quality VRBO. Communication with Marcia was great as VRBO was having some glitches. Checking in was a breeze. The neighborhood was beautiful and eclectic and truly walking distance to multiple entrances to Garden of the Gods. Also a stone's throw from both Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. Close to groceries and MANY restaurants. Every room was very clean and well equipped- the kitchen had things like spices, coffee filters, and of course all the pots, pans, dishes, etc. FREE snacks and water bottles provided. Beds very comfortable and my 6' 5" husband LOVED having a king bed available. Overall recommend 100%. (Two things to note: 1) it is near a horse stable- if you are sensitive to natural horse-related smells that could possibly be an issue. My daughter rides horses so we thought it was great. 2) The unit appears to be technically a duplex/one half of a house. While we hadn't picked up on that from the description, it did NOT effect our stay - the entrances are actually on different streets and we never crossed paths with others or heard anything from the adjacent unit. But worth noting if that matters to you.

Cozy home, great location!

This very clean, comfortable home is well stocked with anything you could need and in such a great central location to many of the Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs attractions. Marcia and Brian were excellent and thoughtful hosts, particularly as the massive snow storm hit on 3/13-3/14. We appreciated their kindness and greatly enjoyed our stay in their VRBO. If we ever get to return to Colorado, I would certainly stay here again as this was perfect for our family of 5. Thank you Marcia and Brian for being such wonderful hosts!

Clean, efficient and welcoming

This cute loft has tons of modern updates and packs a might punch! Clean, bright and cheery with a place for everything and everything in its place. Well stocked, excellent use of space and lovely amenities I.e. wine fridge, bamboo pillows, Egyptian bath towels. Our family had plenty of space as four adults and the walk to the Garden was wonderful. Well done!

Perfect Getaway Adventure!

We booked this stay for our annual sisters trip. It's perfectly located! To the left you go right into Historic Old Town Colorado Springs, and to the right you are in the cute and quaint Manitou Springs. The house was perfect! Roomy, spacious, and cozy! There were little touches everywhere that we just appreciated so much like: snacks, wine for purchase, cloth make up wipes, extra toilet trees if needed, complimentary water, and so much more. Everything was clean and orderly, and we immediately felt like we were home. Patio was perfect for coffee in the morning, and the garden is beautiful and ornate--so Relaxing. We enjoyed the close proximity of so much to do! Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Shopping, and super good eats!! We absolutely loved this stay, and would totally come back!

Mountain View Retreat

We loved this house! From the great location to the smallest of details within the property. It was clean and while modern, still felt mountainside cozy! Our 7yo loved sleeping in the “magical woodland lights” room. A lovely and relaxing bedroom with an Aspen Pine theme. It is a very quick drive to Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Castle, and downtown Manitou Springs. You definitely could hike it to GOTG but our 7 yo wasn’t up for the hike! Lol The owners were very nice and easy/quick to communicate with before and during our stay. They even checked in with us on departure day. Don’t scroll past this one if you’re looking to stay in the Manitou Springs /Colorado Springs area!
