Our family purchased this beach home in the fall of 2018, it was smaller then we wanted, older than we wanted, farther from the ocean than we wanted...and yet it was Close Enough to
everything we ever wanted! The location could not have been more perfect, the house had been loved and cared for by only one family before us and we could come and put our own touches on it to make it feel like the perfect home away from home...well, Close Enough!! Just as we said, she's perfectly situated close to the beach on the oceanside so no crossing the beach road. She's located centrally so that means close to all the best shopping and restaurants so you never have to go very far. And she's small but has all the perfect conveniences because we've put everything in place so we too enjoy can her as much as possible!
