A Sandy Getaway sits 1 house back from ocean, but just steps to the beach. Recently updated, this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with twin beds, and 1 bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed and futon. Smart TV's in all bedrooms and living room and fast WIFI. Washer and dryer in home. Central air/heat, kitchen fully stocked including 12 cup coffee maker/Keurig, dishwasher, table seats 8 and breakfast bar with 3 barstools. Updated bathrooms, 1 with shower, and the other tub/shower combo. Outdoor shower with hot water and storage space. Spacious deck with wonderful ocean views from comfortable outdoor furniture. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout is 10 a.m.

This is our second time staying here and we’re just as happy, if not happier than the first time. This property if a perfect location. Literal feet from the beach on a quiet street with a beautiful porch to sit on and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. Can’t wait to go back next year!!

Perfect house for our girls trip of four. We stayed for three nights. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with a glass of wine looking at the beach. Just steps from the ocean. Great layout…..plenty of room.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—right on the beach with beautiful views! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

This house was simply amazing! This property has a fully stocked kitchen with anything and everything you would need. There are plenty of deck chairs to sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean view. There is an outside shower and plenty of beach chairs, boogieboards and even a kayak for use. The house is beautifully decorated in every room. There are dvds and board games for those rainy days. My in-laws, my adult children and myself and my husband stayed here for a week. The house well exceeded our expectations! Jodie and Patrick were quick to respond and are great renters. We will definitely be back!

This place felt like home as soon as you walked in and had basically everything u needed like ur own home would have. The view was amazing and even helped with having a kid and toys for sand was already there to use so didn’t have to stress about extra traveling stuff. The owners were quick to respond when I messaged and will be renting next year for vacation again. Thank you

this house checked all the boxes. on arrival, there was a minor issue with the code and the host answered the phone on the second ring, and proceeded to reset it over the phone in realtime without any delay. The kitchen is the most well-stocked i’ve ever seen in a house. And so large. the house is located along a quiet stretch of beach where we spent most of our time. it comes with a great selection of beach chairs, corn hole boards and other beach equipment. we will be back!

The house was lovely - kitchen had every tool needed - and lots of space. Loved the large dining table! Views of ocean from house were great - we could see the fishing boats at nite out in the ocean. The deck and swing were perfect for relaxing.

Such a cozy, comfortable and well appointed cottage. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I was able to prepare a Thanksgiving feast in the well stocked kitchen. Falling asleep in cozy beds listening to the sounds of the waves. Perfection! Highly recommended!

Family vacation

This beach cottage was absolutely perfect! Wonderful neighborhood, extremely clean, and about as close to the beach as possible. Would highly recommend for anyone traveling with children as the walk to the beach is very short. We will absolutely book again!

This home was very clean and well stocked. I was so hoping to use the paddle board but it was just too rough while we were there (during hurricane season). The beach was so convenient and the neighborhood is away from condos but close to restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We really hope to return in the spring. I almost forgot- the views of the sunrise right from the bedrooms were amazing - and the surf is close enough to hear.

Beautiful ocean views

Why they chose this property

This area features beautiful beaches with nearby family friendly activities, quick and easy grocery shopping, outlet malls and other wonderful shops in the area. Several great restaurants are a short drive away. You can walk the beach or go for a jog along the great paved sidewalks off the beach.

What makes this property unique

This is such a comfortable home with a great layout. Bathrooms are easy to access from all bedrooms and living spaces. No need for beach cart because you are so close to the ocean. Mornings on the deck drinking coffee while watching the dolphins swim by is a favorite pastime!! Nothing beats falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean either!
