Gorgeous country estate 12 people total – 6 bedrooms/4 baths , exceptional swimming pools and beautiful, peaceful outdoor space.

traditional finca, with privacy and tranquility, surrounded by 2 hectors of wild olive groves, between the famous es Trenc beach, just three km from Colonia de St Jordi, and several amazing beaches, two km from Ses Salines historic village, and the charming village of Santanyi. Five km from the world-class thermal spa and resort Fontsanta Hotel.
From here, you can also visit the incredible natural park, Cabrera Island.

Living area: large outside porches, poolside with seating areas and enormous dining areas. Exquisite renovation, interiors decorated by local artists, making the property truly unique.

Our MA6100 access road (Between Ses Salines and Colonia Sant Jordi) is now equipped with a civic lane (three meters wide) intended for pedestrians and bicycles, protected by a security barrier all along. You can go safely on foot or by bike either to Ses Salines or to Colonia Sant Jordi respectively 3 kilometers from the villa.
Southern Mallorca, away from the touristy parts of the island, is an athlete's paradise: biking, hiking, scenic walks, golfing, stunning beaches, windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling, scuba diving and deep water soloing.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful villa near Ses Salines

We had such an amazing time and they are wonderful hosts. The house is exactly as it looks like on photos, arguably better, with plenty of outdoor space and a lovely pool. The place seems very well kept/ renovated and it's just ideal for a trip with friends or family. Would recommend 10/10, we had such a great time! All the best, Mark

Wonderful relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Maria’s villa. The villa was spacious, clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with a group of 12. The whole villa is great and perfect for a big group, but especially the pool and BBQ area are lovely. Maria’s partner was a wonderful, helpful host, with lots of advice on places to visit, where to shop, and even helped with booking a taxi for airport transfer. Any queries I had before our during our stay were answered almost immediately. Thoroughly recommend and would stay again!

In general, a really nice house with a great outdoor area, BBQ, etc. - and a lot of space for bigger groups. The interior is quite old and would need a refreshment (especially kitchen and bathrooms). Yves was a great host with fast responses.

May Half term stay

13 family members of all ages stayed at Villa Gala and enjoyed the quiet and rural aspect of the surrounding area. Plenty of room for all to sit and eat both indoors and out. Pool area perfect for relaxing and plenty of terraces surrounding the property to disappear quietly to read a book or enjoy some 'my time!' Ses Salines a beautiful village is 5 minutes drive where there are delicious restaurants and bars to enjoy an evening out. Beautiful Beaches are all within 30 minutes drive and all major supermarkets and reached in 20 minutes to purchase delicious Mediterranean food to enjoy on the BBQ!

Estoy muy sorprendida por su comentario ya que la casa y la piscina fueron completamente renovadas en el invierno de 2021, respetando cuidadosamente el estilo y materiales nobles de esta región. Algunos artistas intervinieron con obras directamente en los pasillos y la piscina. Está decorada con cuadros de arte contemporáneo, artistas de la Isla reconocidos . Algunos muebles antiguos, que quizás no fueran de su agrado ya que tienen mas de 100 años. Camas, colchones sillas y butacas modernos fueron adquiridos en febrero 2021 . Las fotografías corresponden con exactitud a la realidad de la casa. Siento muchísimo que la casa no cumpliera sus expectativas.

Es war wunderschön hier. Sowohl das Haus als auch die Anlage waren super sauber und boten jeglichen Confort. Der Eigentümer ist sehr engagiert etwaige kleine Probleme schnell zu lösen. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Erfahrung und absolut Empfehlenswert!

Geräumige Finca mit großem Pool, mediterranem Ambiente und wunderbaren Rückzugsmöglichkeiten

Wir waren als "Großfamilie" mit 12 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind für 1 Woche Gäste in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Es gibt viele Terrassen mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für 16 Personen und wir haben zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen gefunden. Es gibt 2 große Kühl-/Gefrierkombinatinen und ausreichend Stauraum für für die Einkäufe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit tatsächlich richtig scharfen Messern. Lediglich Schüsselchen für Müsli, Obst oder Eis fehlen. Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten und die meisten haben eine Klimaanlage, die im Sommer auch wirklich notwendig ist. Der Grill ist groß und funktioniert einwandfrei. Yves ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, der uns mit allem unterstützt hat (Restauranttipps, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Flexibilität bei An- und Abreise,...). Wir würden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Fantastic outdoor space

18 of us stayed during the last week of May. 8 kids and 10 adults. We had a fabulous time. The outdoor space is fantastic, the pool was warm and the bbq was big and great. The nearest beach on the north side of Colonial San Jordi is a beautiful and safe place to spend the day. We spent an evening in Ses Salinas and we were spoilt for choice with many great restaurants. 5 of us were cyclists and hired bikes from Campos. We were worried about the lack of hills but had 3 great rides to Randa and San Salvador. Both were around 3 hour rides. We did struggle with mosquito’s but we think much of Majorca did due to the wet spring. It’s worth applying repellent spray every night and even to the bits that are covered. We would all recommend the house for 14 people. As 2 of the beds are cots. Great holiday in a beautiful part of Majorca.

Thank you very much for your comment. I just want to specify that the 8 rooms have a bed of 180 cm x 2 m or two beds of 0.90 x 2m For 16 adults 2 cots for children under 2 years old When booking 18 adults, there are 2 extra beds of 0.90 x 2m. If there was confusion, if the beds were not suitable for 6 year olds, they should have said it and we would have changed the beds the same day. We are very sorry for this error.

MARAVILLOSA

La estancia en esta villa ha sido fantástica. El hecho de que este en medio de una gran parcela hace que reine una tranquilidad absoluta. Ni siquiera los caballos, burros y asnos que te reciben cuando entras en el camino que te conduce a la casa perturban esa paz. Desayunar debajo de un pino, cenar en alguno de los porches, o nadar en una piscina intervenida por una artista son algunos de los placeres de los que disfrutamos. La casa, rodeada de vegetación autóctona y de zonas ajardinadas, consta de unas estancias muy amplias y muy bien decoradas. Todo esto, y unido al inmejorable trato por parte de los anfitriones, hace que soñemos con volver lo antes posible.

Beautiful villa. Extremely well maintained and private

We (a group of 14 - 3 families) stayed in the villa for 1 week. The children loved the pool and the adults loved the fabulous outdoor space. The villa was clean and well equipped with plenty of space to spread out. We would love to return.

Séjour très agréable dans cette grande maison adaptée aux groupes (beaucoup de vaisselle, 3 frigos...). Localisation parfaite pour la découverte des nombreuses et magnifiques "Cala" (calanques). Propriétaire sympathique et disponible si besoin.
