Half marathon get away stay.
The condo was great for our needs. There was 5 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Very clean and I was surprised of all the extras the kitchen had with utensils and spices etc. Unfortunately the property hot tub was not in service and having just done the Cedar Breaks half marathon that was a let down. The only down side was we didn’t get check in instruction until 1 hr before, being in the mountains I was hoping to have service to retrieve check in instructions. We didn’t get the check out instructions until 15 min before we were to check out. Emails were answered promptly by management.

Great condo 4/5 stars
Overall a great experience. The Condo was very clean. All the beds had clean linens and the kitchen was well stocked. When we arrived the kitchen sink was stopped up, but the onsite maintenance man showed up right away to fix it. The only real problem we had was the mattress in the master bedroom. It offers virtually no support and if you're lying on the edge, you feel as though you're going to roll off. I ended up sleeping on the couch for 3 of 4 nights. Also, and I know this is a bit nitpicky, but the coffee maker is a very basic machine, and it would be nicer if a slightly upgraded machine was in its place. (One with K-cups) This unit is managed by Family Time Vacation Rentals and they are very communicative and do a great job making sure your stay is a good one.

Disappointing rental
Our family stayed here for a ski trip. We were disappointed in this property. When we arrived, the cleaning staff was still cleaning the unit and we were delayed getting in. The property smelled very musty. One of the bunk beds didn’t have sheets. The other bunk bed had bloody sheets (yuck). We were not supplied sheets for the extra beds (more accurately described as cots) in the living room. We contacted management and we’re told sheets would be placed outside our unit. This didn’t occur until the next day. We found several of the pots and pans to have leftover food on them and everything needed to be scrubbed before use. We also were under the impression to have use of a exterior closet for ski equipment but were never able to open the closet and when we reached out to figure this out we received no response. We are also very certain the blankets provided hadn’t been laundered. There isn’t laundry in the unit and the machine in the building was change only and in use. We were stuck sleeping on dirty, bloody bedding. The property did have covered parking which was nice. The walls are very thin so we heard those occupants around us quite a bit. Location is ski in/ski out but for intermediate to advanced skiers only. Beginner skiers won’t be able to use this feature.

Great Ski In/Out Place
Overall, the property was what we wanted. It was well stocked and nicely appointed. And the property management company is very responsive and sends texts/emails to make sure all of your needs are addressed. The instructions provided by the management company and the communication from them is fantastic. A couple of minor complaints: 1) The handle for the kitchen sink faucet is not attached securely and keeps coming off. A minor inconvenience and we did not call the property management company to address as we did not want a repair person in the place when we were not there. But seems like the housekeeper should notice it and have reported it to the management company. 2) The fireplace was full of ash (which usually is cleaned out prior to arrival at other places we have rented) and the container to emplty the ash was almost full. 3) The sheets on the queen bed in bedroom #2 were either old or dirty (or perhaps both). Fortunately, they provided a set of sheets for the hide a bed, which we did not use, so we changed the sheets on that queen bed. Overall a great experience with some minor issues.
