Enjoyed the very clean condominium with easy ski in and out access. I like that it has underground parking and a game room. The place had everything that we needed.
This property had plenty of sleeping room and the location to the slopes was right out the door. The teens loved the game room and we did not feel crowded. We will return soon.

Glad you enjoyed and we are looking forward to your return.
We had such a great stay with our group of 12. Everyone had a bed, and there were ample blankets and pillows. Our kids loved the loft space. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and there were lots of bath towels for the 3 bathrooms. Check in and check out were really easy, and the host checked in a few times by text to make sure all was well. The location of the condo was great - you can't beat ski in, ski out. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
We had a group of 10 of us and were very comfortable in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with enough cooking ware, plates, utensils, cups, etc. The location being walking distance to Giant Steps was fantastic! Only downside was regarding common area - the game room needs some updating. Overall though we had a wonderful trip and would absolutely stay again.

So happy you had a fantastic time and look forward to seeing you again.
Property was on the third floor, no elevators, but that was ok with us. The unit is in need of a little care, little things like doors not latching in the bathroom, or falling open in the kitchen, light switches don't turn on lights, and analog TV cable with no streaming. Overall it was a great location and condo!

Thank you for your review and items mention have been taken care of.
Loved every minute of this weekend stay. Location was perfect. Underground parking convenient. Furnishings comfortable and in great shape. We would definitely rent again. Things to be aware of : no elevator. 3 floors up. (We did know this prior to renting.) Dumb waiter is practical for loading and does help. The upstairs loft area gets very warm and has little air flow. Could really use a ceiling fan. With that said, we enjoyed this little gem and would definitely rent again. Thanks so much!

We are so glad you enjoyed and appreciate the idea of a fan up top :)
We booked a short stay Saturday - Monday. i took my grandson and 8 friends for his 16th birthday party. Our check in time was 4. We drove in from out of town and arrived about 1 but went tubing and played in the snow until checkin time. We went to check in and the condo was not clean or ready. We waited 4 HOURS in the hallway sitting on our luggage. I called and called and they could have cared less. We finally barges in with the maid still there and dirty sheets and towels thrown all over the stairs. Everyone was tired, starving, cold and grumpy. We were so excited about our trip and we ended up being SO ANGRY AND SO RIPPED OFF. That it really changed the tone of our whole getaway! DO NOT STAY HERE! The management company is THE WORST I have ever dealt with. They truly could care less and if there is a problem they will not send anyone to help or resolve the issue. If I could have given them a zero I would have!!!
We have been coming to Brianhead for over 10 years and we like to stay at GiantSteps because of the proximity to the lifts. I think this rental was one of the best. It had everything we needed. There has been times that I have come to a rental and didn't bring any of my cooking items that I like to use and I have been burned. For example, the pots were so small you can't boil 6 potatoes or the pans were so old the teflon is coming off. Some places have been missing serving utensils. Not here. There were multiple large pots and the pans were in good working order. There were enough serving dishes and utensils. There was more than enough propane for the BBQ. The only problem was it was too dirty to use and no brush to clean it.
The dinner table was large enough for our group. We had 4 adults and 7 children. The couch was big and comfortable. The whole place was tastefully decorated. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, more comfortable than our bed at home.
My only complaint is the cheap toilet paper and paper towels. I've learned in the past to bring my own and I suggest you bring yours here as well.

Thank you for your review and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Lots and lots of bunk beds! Excellent communication with property manager. Great place to stay - truly is a ski-in, ski-out condo. Condo clean but lacking a dust pan, a good broom and vacuum, the rear toilet leaked, the rear bathroom door wouldn't close, and the stove/oven wasn't clean - we set off the fire alarm a few times trying to cook. Detergent pods were provided which were really nice to have. Plenty of soaps and towels. Many appliances provided - slow cooker, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender. Plenty of cookig supplies and dishes. Would definitely stay here again.
Overall the 9 of us had a wonderful stay. Condo was still being cleaned when we arrived but it was New Years weekend so no biggy. Was very disappointed to see that the dumb waiter was broken and we needed to carry everything up 3 flights! Would have thought twice about booking top level unit if I had known that ahead of time. Trash compactor broken and water heater runs out of hot water after one shower. Well stocked unit as far as dishes and linens. Free firewood is a huge plus. Underground parking is great! Walk right out to Giant Steps and watched fireworks from our couch!!!
The owner was great to work. Very nice man. Worked with us on an item we left behind.
Roomy, clean, and comfortable. The condo had all the kitchen needs. Good location for what we wanted to do. We definitely would stay at this condo again in the future.

Perfect Family Location
This was a great vacstion!!!! We had everything we needed all ready there pots pans dishes spices, towels dishsoap. had a dish washer but it didn't clean the dishes like I would of liked so hand washing was the way to go. Bathroom and bedrooms were awsome. The master with bath was perfect and the bed was super comfortable. Only one star missing was the 3 flights of stars I was not prepared for...after hauling everything up we then found the dumb waiter. it is at the entrance to the garage by the first set of stairs. Though we used in on the way out soooo much easier. Thanks again for a great Vqcation rental!!!
