It was a fun trip and this place is a close drive to the Navajo lifts! A lot of space for everyone! Contacting manager was very easy and they returned all of my questions and concerned very quickly! Thank you!
Check in was a breeze. Family Time Fun texts directly to your phone-information is clear and response time is quick.Unit was very clean and linens are professionally laundered- I LOVE thatPhotos of the unit were accurate and up to date. The space was even better than pictured. WiFi was not the speediest. So if you have to do anything necessary you’ll need a hotspot.
This property was perfect for our family during Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room and it was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.
The location is ideal, but there were some weird inconveniences. I have informed the property manager of these things and I really hope all these items are rectified for future guests. There are only 4 spoons and 8 forks. There are also no lids for the pots and no measuring spoons. There are a couple measuring cups but not enough. The bathtub on the third floor is clogged so much that you have to stand in a ton of water. I put a bowl under the bathroom sink in there but it leaks so much I had to keep emptying it. At first the water was turned off so I messaged and they told me that it was leaking so in order to turn it on I needed to put a bowl under it. They informed me that someone could come out the next day and fix it, but I don't believe they ever came. The coffee maker doesn’t work properly because of calcification. It needs a deep clean. The upstairs bathroom does not have baseboards so it looks really tacky and makes it feel unclean.
This is a very spacious unit that is perfect for large family gatherings. The huge sectional in the family room sat us all (6 adults, 4 children) comfortably, as did the dining room table. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the kids loved the loft area. The unit has new carpet and flooring, and as of this writing, there are still a few area where the baseboards need to be reinstalled. The parking garage is nice too, as parking is limited during snow season.
The kitchen is nice and spacious, with the normal appliances and basic utensils, but a word of warning, you need to bring anything special you think you might need (aluminum foil, storage bags, specific spices, wine glasses if you need more than 3).
That being said, we would definitely stay here again.
Property actually sleeps 20 people comfortably. Large kitchen, huge dining table, plenty of seating in the living room. Would definitely stay here again!
Rental was clean, well stocked, had lots of activities, and great space for multiple families. We will be staying here again😁

Family Reunion '23
The property was fun and the location beautiful. However, we arrived to a dirty property (dirty towels in two of the tubs and showers. This location that had mice, broken showers, broken fans to combat the heat and insufficient supplies for the size of our group. 17 in our group; 12 forks doesn't cut it. 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. Plenty of towels. No screens on a number of the windows so we could cool off the house from the wonderful mountain air. Number of bees around the windows, so without screens, we couldn't open the windows. I had communicated the best I could before we left, but could not get straight answers from Family Fun Vacations. They were not responsive while we were onsite. We left several messages and it took 3 days for anyone to call us back. A very nice man came and put out some traps, but never came back to check them. I have contacted them since our return to try to get them to fix some of the problems we had during our stay for the next guests. They flat out don't care. If I ever use a VRBO again, I will make certain that it is NOT a Family Fun Vacations Rental. I suggest that VRBO look into their properties before listing them as an option in the future. This is the first time using a VRBO property that we have had an issue. In spite of it all, we had a great time as a family and made some good memories.
Great stay. Property was spacious and clean. I’d recommend a better TV in family room that has popular apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. so guests can sign in and watch.
Fantastic property! The layout provided ample space for three families giving each set of parents their own room and the kids an awesome space. Short walk to the main chalet at Brian Head and you can finish your last run if the day and walk a block back. Clean and great amenities… The parking garage and designated space was great!
This place was well above our expectations. Communication was outstanding. Very clean, very professional. Garage was heated. Had room for two cars. We had two families and it was extremely spacious. We could’ve easily had a 3rd family with us. TV’s in every room. Beds were very comfortable. Wood fireplace. Very short walk to giant steps. We are definitely staying here again. Thank you so much for the amazing home.
Pros: We loved the location right by the park and the size and setup of the house was great for our family. Also the bed linens and towels seemed to be clean.
Cons: the condo was NOT cleaned before our arrival. The rugs were dirty, the shower had the remnants of a soap bar stuck to the floor, the sinks had hair in them, and the walls and doors in the house were dirty. There were items left over from previous guests under the beds, inside the couch, behind shelves, etc. There were even used floss picks in the upstairs bathroom drawer. The toaster doesn't pop up when done, so we burnt a lot of toast, and I'm sure that's a fire hazard. When we tried to cook a pizza, the whole kitchen filled with smoke because of how dirty the bottom of the oven was. And later when whe used the stove top, same thing, smoke filled the kitchen because the burners were filthy. Also, the frying pans were worthless. There was no pizza cutter. The drawers and cupboards were very disorganized. During our stay, the glass shower door fell in on someone while they were showering. A maintenance person came and fixed that and also a window that didn't shut.
This condo was perfect for our family getaway. We loved that its location to so many fun activities was so convenient.

Concerns
I am still waiting on a response from my previous email. The following issues need to be addressed: hot water, number of trash bags received- we only got two for 6 nights, stain in tub on 3rd floor and couldn’t use. I also asked if there was a prescription bottle of medicine found.

Property not being kept up
We’ve stayed here many times over several years and appreciate the large family room kitchen/area which enables us to enjoy our large family. However, we’ve noticed a deterioration of both the property’s maintenance and cleaning service. This year was very poor, as the unit was not cleaned before our arrival! When we contacted the property manager, they were very apologetic explaining that they were very busy the day of our arrival (not sure why that was a surprise). They assured me that someone would arrive to clean the next day. We requested the next morning, as we did not want to stay in a place with dirty floors, bathrooms, etc. the cleaning service did not arrive until 3:30 PM the next day, causing us to do some cleaning ourselves as we had family arriving. This is the second year in a row that the place was not cleaned properly. Additionally, we’ve noticed windows that do not close properly in the condo (one window in the master stays open a crack and was a fixed with a sign stating, “Do not open”. ), a fridge shelf that has been broken since last year, broken drawers, lights that do not work, slow drains, etc. All of these issues despite a high rental rate. This year was the last straw. We will find another place to stay next year.
When it said “Condo” I was a bit concerned. We have a pretty large family when we’re all together.
That said..... my concerns were QUICKLY put to rest from the moment we walked in.
This “condo” is huge, very clean, and all 20 of us were extremely comfortable!!!
Rooms and beds everywhere!
This is SUCH a great place, and is located in SUCH a beautiful area. I HIGHLY recommend this place whether there’s two of you, or, like us, 20!
This property was huge! My 2 granddaughters had a great time exploring and hiding. There were 4 bedrooms plus a loft that would sleep at least 10 and 4 bathrooms! Ample seating in the dining room. It is very close to Giant Steps. Lots of board games plus a foosball and shuffleboard table. 2 private parking spaces in private parking garage. Paper products, soap, etc. well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.
A home made for so many of us has to have something wrong with it? No nothing we had 12 adaults and 3 kiddos and never felt anything but at home.. What a Blessing for our family. Super ski vacay for Christmas! God is Good
The property is older with some upgrades. Similar to other reviews - bring your own cutlery - the knives do not cut anything - they are very dull and useless.
Blankets are not provided or available for the sofa - hide-a-beds in the bedrooms. Make sure to bring your own.
Some of the windows are cracked and let in cold air.
Lots of stairs - so if you have anyone in your group that cannot climb stairs this is not the property to rent.
Other than that - the location is great - playground, park and fishing pond across the street. We enjoyed having plenty of space for everyone in our family group to spread out - room for all the food, playing games and plenty of beds!
This condo had everything. It's large and was perfect for our family with room to spare. We loved the big kitchen, living room and dining room. It's also in a great location. The price was excellent for our August family trip. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were large with a sleeper sofa in some of the rooms and a king bed. They also have plenty of kitchen supplies and spices. Everything we needed was there. A very well kept and up to date unit. The only problem was there are a lot of steps - so if you are mobility impaired it would be difficult.
