Welcome to this modern freestanding home, complete with a private heated pool and hot tub, steps away from The Washington Avenue entertainment district! Walk to dozens of globally renounced culinary hot spots, pubs, markets, and Houston s Memorial Park!

This home is located one block south of popular Washington Avenue and less than a mile east of Memorial Park. We have 3 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including double sink and walk in closet in the master. The home has a large kitchen, dining room, & living room. We have 75 inch tv in the living room, 65 inch tv in the Master bedroom, and an 60 inch tv in the second bedroom. We also have a desk in the common area for quick laptop setup. Also equipped with security surveillance on the outside perimeter of the home.

Great place highly recommended!

Place was great, good neighborhood and the host is very good at communicating. Host allowed us to check out an hour later which was a plus. Stay here!

The jacuzzi was not broken, and it's still not. The gas was not turned on like the instructions stated.

It’s a great location and wonderful having the pool. Plenty of space for 3 couples. Only downside was there were limited towels, limited paper towels, and no lounge chairs by the pool. We also noticed quite a few outlets didn’t work in the bedrooms. I would recommend just pack your own towels!

Great place and location

3 couples stayed here on a trip to Houston to catch a Tigers/Astros game. There were many restaurant and bar options within walking distance and the owner was helpful in making some suggestions as well. The home was great and pool came in handy as the temps were in the 90's.

Me and my husband had to stay in 3rd bedroom because 2nd bedroom had no TV. The bed was very uncomfortable. Just a suggestion put a sofa bed in the 3rd bedroom and a TV in the second bedroom other then that house was amazing love the neighborhood. How much of a deposit do we get back

Great space, great pool

Great home in an amazing location. The pool was a definite plus. Good place for 2 to 3 sets of couples or a family. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good location in Houston.
