Annual Tradition

My daughter was married there last year and every year now we plan to return to our same rentals - we love ours and she was right next door. What an amazing stay.

Great Location - Hidden Costs

Loved this condo location and the area around it. We didn't do much in the resort other than swim and beach, but all areas were well maintained. We did have to call maintenance to fix a shower drain but they were quick and solved the issue. After many VRBO vacations this is the first time I've had my payment information then shared with a resort. They ended up charging us parking that was never in the booking information. As this is a gated community you have no option to park elsewhere. I'm not a fan of hidden fees that you get an email for on the morning of departure. The original payment was also confusing. Booking through VRBO we paid and then got another receipt for only 2/3 of the price paid directly from the resort. Wish I could have paid that second price... Was very confusing and had me worried for a bit that we had been double charged.

Came from Ohio to visit our daughter in Columbia and spend the weekend at the beach! Condo was perfect. Loved the decor, especially the sewing down south pillows! View was gorgeous!!!

Beautiful ocean views from upstairs bedroom and all of the downstairs living room/kitchen area. Spacious condo with well-equipped kitchen. A wonderful place to relax!

Too many inconveniences

The property was not on the ground floor as shown in pics. Have to go up 30 steps to get to the entrance. Was not told there would be construction and was awaken to someone asking us to move our card for the workers. Had to listen to hammering and tools all day. Had a nasty, smelly, port a pot where you had to park your car. Next day our condo had such a bad smell of paint from this construction underneath us. Kitchen and master bath has been remodeled but the rest really needs it as well. I don’t like giving a bad review but when you pay so much for 3 days.... we expected way more.
