The Grand Pavilion is the hub of the resort, featuring a AAA four diamond hotel, pools, The Boardwalk Inn, restaurants, deli, small upscale stores, spa and beauty center, golf, tennis, and bike rentals. Everything you want to do on the resort is within walking distance from 54 Grand Pavilion.

Our home features a bright and open floor plan, including hardwood floors, spacious master bedroom with sitting area, and ocean views from the Charleston style porches. The porches overlook a 40' x 200' lawn. Beautiful live oaks and native palm trees surround the courtyard. You can relax on the rocking chairs and watch the kids play! The Grand Pavilion pools are just steps from the door and the beach is less than 100 yards - just 30 seconds away. Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac on the quiet side of the Grand Pavilion. The special features of this home, in addition to its location and ambience, are the spacious living/dining area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom provides a quiet place to retreat and relax, read a book, watch TV, or just relax on the porch and catch the ocean views and breeze. High Speed internet works throughout the house.
Living room and master bedroom TV's also has "Apple TV" for all your streaming needs. All bedrooms have TV's with Roku for streaming.
We upgraded the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Up graded baths, furnishings, art, beds, etc. It has always been a very cheerful and comfortable home - and we are excited about the improvements we have chosen. We think our home feels very elegant, modern, relaxing and most important, comfortable!
In addition to the master, the home features three additional bedrooms, each with an adjoining bath. The bedroom downstairs features hardwood floors, a queen bed, a TV and shares the hall full bath. The front bedroom upstairs is the same size, has a queen bed and has a private attached full bathroom. The middle bedroom upstairs has twin beds and also has a full private bath. Baby's Away in Charleston can provide cribs and other baby needs , as well as all beach rental items that you may need in addition to what's at the house already.
There are plenty of beach chairs , beach toys and games for our guests to use at the house.
Summer weeks: June 25 to August 6 are 7nights minimum. Check is is on Saturday during this period. 3 night min the rest of the year, check in on any day.

Great Location

Great stay for a fabulous weekend wedding for our family friend. Location in Wild Dunes is great....Couple houses from Beach and Pool and easy, quick walk to main Wild Dunes Resort area.

Wondeful family vacation

We had a very relaxing trip to the beach for our family of six adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kiychen is wrll equipped including a coffee grinder with drip coffee pot and keurig. There are views of the ocean from both the upper and lower balconies. The walk to the beach was much closer than the pictures with easy access! We had access to all the resort pools including the pool at Sweetgrass Inn which has a 1 foot pool that is great for toddlers. We had the best of the quiet beaches in Wild Dunes plus easy access to downtown Charleston. Owners were great and communicated well. This is definitely a home we would like to visit again!

Great location/lovely house

As all other reviews said, the location was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were extremely accommodating. We loved having all the beach chairs there and enjoyed lots of beach time, as well as golf, biking, and tennis.

Easter Weekend & Credit One Charleston Open Tennis Tournment

Thanks Perry for being accessible and very accommodating with information during our stay. The property was spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, facilities, and local restaurants at Wild Dunes. Also enjoyed out time at the tennis tournment even though the weather was somewhat foul at times! Will definitely recommend to others and plan to return in the future.

We started vacationing on the Isle of Palms when my husband's family relocated to Mt. Pleasant more than 20 years ago. We loved spending vacations here so much with our children that we decided to purchase a second home soon after in Wild Dunes. Now that our children are grown, we have been fortunate to spend even more time here. It's given our family so many wonderful memories over the years and we are looking forward to many more to come! Location, location, location! Steps to the beach and Grand Pavilion pools.
This house, which has been on the rental market for several years and has consistently been given a 5 star rating. We have been awarded "Super Host" Status 4 years running! It has recently been renovated and upgraded, giving it a modern, fresh appeal. All new Stainless Steel Kitchen appliances Nov 2021. This part of SC is very relaxed and welcoming. The people are friendly and considerate. We love how close we are to Downtown Charleston , Mount Pleasant & Sullivans Island . Charleston is historic and quaint and is one of the best culinary cities and voted number 1 US tourist destinations for several years now. Wild Dunes has that tropical and relaxing vibe while being close to vibrant dinning and night life if so desired. This eclectic city has much to offer - historic Patriot's Point, golf courses, plantations, fishing boats and restaurants at Shem Creek, as well as the same convenience shopping that you find at home. Your favorite pharmacy, grocery store and general shopping stores are likely to be found within a 10 minute drive from the island. You never need to worry about what you forgot - you can find whatever you need in a very short drive, minimizing time away from the beach.

What makes this property unique

We love to relax on the porches or take a walk on the beach. The beach, of course, is also a great place to sit and play. It is wonderful to get away from it all to do just nothing - or catch up on reading - or even work at home if need be. Some of us enjoy fishing, golf, tennis, pickle ball, boating and more. We especially enjoy dining out in the area. There are so many wonderful restaurants between the IOP, Mt Pleasant, Sullivan's Island and Charleston. Charleston is a fun place to shop - there are a variety of local and national shops, as well as the historic Charleston Market. Patriots Point and the boat trip from there to Ft. Sumter is fun and the fort tour is a good history lesson. The first shot of the civil war was fired there. The truth is, we always plan to do more, but we get very comfortable and often find that it's hard to leave this special house by the sea!
