About this property
Your vacation shed 30 meters from the beach!
In a quiet and family-friendly residence, small house of 40 m2 completely renovated with large terrace to enjoy the long summer evenings under the stars. The beach is 30 meters away, with no road to cross. Ideal for 4 to 5 people.
Private place in front of the house in a secure car park. A pétanque court adjoins the residence.
The house has 2 floors.
The living room is an extension of the terrace. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, juice blender, toaster ... A folding table and a sofa (which can be used as an extra bed) make up the furniture. There is also a washing machine.
The brand new bathroom (2018) with shower is also on the ground floor.
Internet with WIFI throughout the house and television.
The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms with high ceilings and exposed beams.
The first has a view of the sea and the sound of the waves. It has a 140cm bed, a closet, a chest of drawers and shelves.
The second has an adjustable bunk bed according to your needs. The room can accommodate 2 or 3 people: 2 beds of 90 cm or 1 bed of 90 and another of 140 cm.
New duvets, bedspreads and pillows are provided, but not sheets or towels.
The terrace, not overlooked, is completely renovated. Made of exotic wood, it consists of a dining area sheltered from the sun by a blind and a lounge area with wooden deckchairs, ideal for an aperitif or a nap. Beach loungers are also available, as well as the use of 2 bikes for walks along the ponds.
A 5-minute walk away is the small center of Frontignan Plage with shops: Casino convenience store, bakery, wine cellar, various shops, tobacco, as well as restaurants, bars with entertainment or ice cream parlors.
Within a radius of 3 kilometers are dozens of possibilities for activities:
- Sailing club
- Diving club
- Kite Surf School
- Jet-skis rental
- Kayak rental (for sea or pond), Paddle Boards, bikes
- Horse riding in the woods of Aresquiers or on the banks of ponds and the Rhône Canal in Sète.
The rental is 20 minutes by car from Montpellier and 10 minutes by train (Frontignan train station is 5 minutes by car from the house).
Sète, a picturesque town, is 10 minutes away. Free shuttle boats take you to Sète market all summer.
