Upstairs, you will find: A bedroom with two single beds, A bedroom with four single beds, A shower room with a toilet, A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, A separate toilet.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
The accommodation is located in the pedestrian area of Colmar city center. A pay-and-display parking zone is available nearby. The Montagne Verte public parking lot is located 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, offering 650 underground parking spaces (maximum height 2.5m, electric car charging available). You can also reserve private underground parking spaces (maximum height 1.8m) in the building or within a 500m radius of the accommodation. These spots are limited and subject to availability. Reservation is required. Rates start at €12 per night, per spot. You can also reserve a spot in the secure bicycle storage in the building's basement.
The entire accommodation will be yours. To ensure the best experience during your stay: Cleaning will be done upon your arrival, Beds will be made, Fresh towels, a bath mat, and a kitchen towel will be provided, Free Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment includes a baby crib and a high chair (These items are suitable for children under 3 years old and weighing less than 15kg). Please bring your own bedding for the crib, as the mattress size is 60x120 cm, or you can book the "baby bedding" option for an additional charge. In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the maximum number of occupants, including adults, children, and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.
Would you like to sleep in a double bed? After booking, you can reserve a "double bed" option for €30 per double bed, where the two single beds will be transformed into a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.
House rules: This accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking, e-cigarettes, hookahs, or any other smoking devices are prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a €250 additional cleaning fee.
Pets are allowed upon request (pets under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per pet. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed linens and towels, as well as final cleaning, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens and general cleaning of the apartment and toilets. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as tidy the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can pre-book the "complete cleaning" option for €60 before your arrival. If this option is not reserved in advance and the instructions are not followed, a €120 cleaning penalty will be charged.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with a change of all linens is included in the price, excluding the kitchen and dishes. The desired day for weekly cleaning (except Sunday and public holidays) should be specified in your Yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is offered. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded. For stays of 7 nights or less, you can book the "mid-stay cleaning" option (excluding kitchen and dishes) for an additional charge, with prior reservation.
A digital contract signature, along with your ID, will be required via the Yaago platform after booking, along with the necessary police registration details, in compliance with the regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the reservation details, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

This was the perfect place for our group. We had all the amenities, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could ask for, and the outdoor space was an added bonus. The apartment is located in the heart of Colmar, with easy access to everything. And having a parking garage available downstairs - at a very reasonable price - took the stress out of finding places to park. The host even left chocolates, water, and a bottle of champagne for us when we arrived. From start to finish, it was a lovely stay in a beautiful apartment. We would definitely recommend it!
Tout s’est très bien déroulé, le logement était propre et surtout conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Nous avons eu un problème de chaudière ( plus de chauffage ni d’eau chaude) et le gérant a été très réactif. Un coup de téléphone et 30 minutes plus tard un chauffagiste était devant notre porte ( un samedi soir à 21h!)

Ce logement est juste parfait! Propre, spacieux, localisation idéale, lumineux, équipement au top, tout est parfaitement pensé pour les adultes, les enfants et même les bébés.
Nous avons adoré séjourner entre amis dans cet apartement. Une excellente adresse à partager!
Un gros plus pour les places de parking en sous terrain!
Die Wohnung liegt rückseitig in der Fußgängerzone über zwei Stockwerke, absolut ruhig. Alle interessanten Punkte der Innenstadt von Colmar sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Größe der Wohnung, die maximale Personenzahl, die Anzahl der Toiletten und Bäder, Sitzgelegenheiten un Esstisch sind optimal aufeinander abgestimmt. Wir haben sie für ein Familientreffen (sechs Erwachsene, 6 Kinder, davon zwei Erwachsene ) optimal geeignet empfunden und auch die sehr schön ausgestattete Terrasse selbst im Spätherbst noch nutzen können. Kleinigkeiten: Die (Filter)Kaffeemaschine sollte eine größere Kapazität haben; einige Schraubbefestigungen im Sanitärbereich müssten nachgezogen werden, der Duschschlauch im Erdgeschossbad ist (für großgewachsene Personen) etwas kurz.

Best Place in Europe I have Ever Stayed!
I give this place a 5* Rating. Americans can be assured that their is REAL Air conditioning in all rooms (very hard to find in France anywhere), best beds, clean, modern appliances, great outdoor area for spending your evening visiting. In the very heart of the city of Colmar. So many restaurants and all the shopping, museums, attractions you could ever want in close walking distance. This place is PERFECT!!! The cost is so reasonable. Great for families with children and babies. They have a baby bed, high chair, etc... Great for 4 couples who all need their own spacious bedroom and bath. Thanks for your hospitality!!!
Tolles Appartement mitten in der Stadt; wir waren zu siebt und sind prima mit allem klargekommen: es gibt genügend Badezimmer, die einzelnen Zimmer haben Klimaanlage; die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Innenhof war wunderbar. Wir hatten tolles Wetter und könnten täglich draußen frühstücken und Abendessen.
Auf jeden Fall sollte man die Parkplätze im Tiefgeschoss gleich mitbuchen. Wir hatten das vergessen, konnten es aber vor Ort nachholen. Ansonsten wird die Anfahrt schwierig, da das Appartment mitten in der Fußgängerzone liegt.
This property is just as described - spotless, quiet, and huge (even by North American standards). My family of 6 stayed for 2 nights in the middle of a ten day trip to France and Switzerland. It was nice to have a chance to spread out and give everyone some space.
I was somewhat concerned about the location, but I did not need to be. The street is essentially traffic-free (as is much of central Colmar), and the unit is on the 3rd floor and does not overlook the street. It's quiet and receives plenty of natural light.
After the initial VRBO booking, my communication and payments were directly with the management company.
L'appartement est bien agencé, la cuisine bien installée. Nous avons aussi apprécié la répartition des chambres qui a permis aux enfants d'être ensemble et aux parents un peu de tranquillité. Parfait pour plusieurs familles. Merci.

Tolle Unterkunft für Gruppen und Familien!
Sehr einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur. Die Wohnung ist toll und hat allen gefallen. Bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und stylische Terrasse. Und natürlich eine Top Lage. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen! Großzügige Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Wir (sechs Erwachsene) haben uns in dieser großen Wohnung , die über zwei Stockwerke ging, sehr wohl gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage in Colmar hatten wir kurze Wege zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder zur Bushaltestelle. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage waren die Nächte sehr ruhig. Der Fahrstuhl machte den Weg in den dritten Stock sehr bequem.
