THE BRAND NEW AC SYSTEM IS HAPPENING AT OUR 76 HOUSE. IT IS ALL AROUND THE HOUSE, AND READY FOR YOU TO COME AND ENJOY THE WARM VERMONT SUMMER IN A COOL PROPERTY! BE READY TO COOL OFF AFTER ENJOYING THE SUMMER OUTDOORS ACTIVITIES IN THE AREA.

The "76" house is truly a special slopeside property. It is located in Killington’s Trailside Village, along the Great Eastern ski trail, which is Killington’s number one slopeside address! Designed by a famous architect, this home has lines in are beyond creative! The Trailside Village 76 House provides a wonderful environment for family or group outings because of the open floor plan design.


The eight-person hot tub spa on your deck offers spectacular mountain views and complete privacy. Don't forget the large cedar sauna and a steam shower. High speed wireless Internet and premium cable TV programming provide for all your après ski needs. The oversized, wood-burning fireplace is spectacular and we supply all the wood you can burn, including fire starters. We provide all bedding as well as daily trash service, and a whole host of property support services that allow our guests to focus on the quality of their visit while we manage all of the details.

The full size kitchen is completely set up for your entertaining pleasures (pots & pans, glass wear, plate wear and flat wear), and the BBQ grill on your deck is connected to the gas supply of the house. There is a washer & a dryer inside of the home. This home is comes with high speed wireless Internet and premium cable TV programming (with unlimited movie channels) in the bedrooms, living room and game room. Bose Speaker with bluetooth connectivity

Guest would have access to the entire property. Including the parking spot - Up to 10 cars.

Trailside Village is a private spot located by the most navigated-easy-access- Ski Trail in the entire resort: Great Eastern.

Private location, quiet, and relaxing. The 76 House is a few steps away from the ski trail (green color = easy to navigate). Enjoy the sunrise views and watch the skiers go by while enjoying the outdoor hot tub.

- VRBO bookings. Please be aware that we can only allow the first 20% of the booking to the credit card, the remaining has to be done by check or wire. Please inquire FIRST to find out more details. We do not and WILL NOT charge the full amount through the VRBO platform by credit card.
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING! IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE REACH OUT BEFORE BOOKING!

-Guests are required to accept our rental contract (Terms and Conditions) in order to confirm the reservation and for us to provide access to the property.
-Host is NOT Responsible for early season conditions from Killington Resort. Early/late season ski trail conditions are weather-dependent. Your dates might fall on the early/late season rates. For more information about conditions and open ski trails, guests can visit the Killington website.
-It is the guest's responsibility to check for ski trail conditions (if it's open or not) during the winter season on the Killington Resort website.
-The rental management company IS NOT responsible for winter-ski conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to the weather or lack of snow since mother nature effects are uncontrollable by the management company or the owner of the property.
-No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.
-Three-night minimum stay midweek (year-round).
-New Year's five-night minimum stay.
-Winter Season, three-night minimum stay weekends, three-night minimum stay midweeks.
-No shoes in the house.
-No smoking in the house.
-Do not over occupy the house. Overoccupancy will result in a $200.00 charge per extra person, per night. Overoccupancy is defined by the number of guests exceeding the agreed amount in both the Airbnb platform and our mutually agreed upon rental contract.
-Bringing a pet is subject to a fee. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please provide your pet's name, age, and breed. If you decide to bring a pet or pets without authorization, you will be charged $300.00 per pet plus cleaning costs.
-Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be liable to the Tenant, his family, or guest for any injury to person or property arising out of Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. The tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s occupancy of the premises. Proper use of the Hot Tub Spa is the Tenant’s responsibility. Tenant shall hold the Landlord and its representatives harmless against any and all claims or liabilities arising out of the Tenant’s and/or their guests' use of the hot tub spa and sauna.
-Parties and events are not allowed at this property.

Awesome time at the 76 House ... once again!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 76 House is clean, stocked with plenty of firewood and towels, easy parking for multiple cars (we had 5), and ski on/ski off access to the Great Eastern trail. Quiet cul-de-sac, with nice views out the back from the hot tub. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine. Very very expensive during Christmas week. It was described as a luxury property....Uh NOPE. Out dated furnishings. Banged up walls, missing door because the washing machine doesn’t fit in the space/. Heavy, heavy, build up of lint on ceiling fan, GROSS! Very light on cleaning supplies. On the plus side: The caretakers/workers where great. Very friendly and accommodating. plenary of towels. Area cleared of snow. Plenty of wood. Hot tub taken care of.

Huge disappointment. Very happy the day we left. Everything in "not what it appears" review is correct. I can add that when we arrived the shower and toilets were not clean. One important thing I asked the manager when I agreed to the "upgrade" to this house from the townhouse I actually rented was if there was any odors. I was assured no, but when we arrived the master suite had a very strong stale smoke smell. We could not use the master bedroom and had to stay in a smaller bedroom with smaller bed, which by the way had a very old mattress that was sagging in the center. Adding to this very unfortunate stay was the fact that the wifi kept going out for many hours at a time preventing us from having email, cell (there is no signal at that location), cable or streaming. It had to be fixed during our stay and turned out to be bad wiring in the house from a recent exterior renovation - not the fault of the wifi provider. Also annoying is that contractors working on other neighboring properties of this rental group would just wander onto the property of this house unannounced just feet from our ground floor windows - so basically no privacy. Management did nothing about that when we complained saying that is just how they work. Do yourself a huge favor and STAY AWAY from this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Killington. Lots of activities and dining options. The 76 house was a good option for our family group of 11. Sleeping accomodations were good, the house could be listed a having 5 bedrooms. Unfortunately, the house is not in very good shape anymore: heating doesn’t work properly, cold showers, furniture is broken, toaster, ice machine and vacuum cleaner not working, and the coffee pot was missing. We also found a bloody pillow in one of the bedrooms upon arrival. Probably, overlooked by the cleaning staff!,Overall reasonable return for money. I would recommend this property, but only after making sure the staff has attended the problem issues.
