Unit was perfect for our family ski vacation. The ski in/out was terrific and the community building which includes a pool, a restaurant, other amenities and outside trails forHiking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing was fantastic, especially for the little kids.
The host was very responsive. The home was perfect for our party of 8. It was clean and spacious with ski in/out access to the mountain and the sports center. The conditions were amazing. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!
The host was welcoming and communicative. The ski-in, ski-out availability was really helpful. The house had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the warm and homey feel.
Great spacious condo close to Bear Mtn. A bit dated, but did not distract from enjoyment, sauna in unit is a bonus. Lots of toys/etc for kids in unit. Pool facility was really nice. Unfortunately sunrise chair/run were not open yet on Jan 1 so had to drive to Bear
Elaine is a wonderful host, with ready communication to help me with the booking process and in preparation for our stay. She provided me with timely updates and information as we got close to our arrival date. When we finally arrived, we truly appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, the amenities provided such as sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms and a very well stocked kitchen! They've thought of nearly everything and we were so grateful to spend a week with close family celebrating a 75th birthday. Beds were comfortable, the living room was cozy and even stocked with toys for little ones which mine thoroughly enjoyed! The sauna was an amazingly nice addition after a day on the slopes too. The proximity to the Sunrise lift was decent considering there are other condos further from the trail and if you don't feel like walking, you can easily drive to Bear Mt. just a 2 min drive away. We had use of the community pool and hot tubs which were clean and well kept. Overall a fantastic place when skiing Killington! Definitely recommended if you need a 4 bedroom condo! Thanks Elaine!

Thank you for your excellent review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again next year.
Overall this was a good place to stay. Fantastic location-truly ski in/out and place is big enough to spread out. Living room is very comfy and kitchen well-stocked. The sauna fits 2-3 and is a nice plus. Our host was very responsive to all questions/minor problems. My main issues:1. There is no real hot tub on site. The tub is a 2 person jacuzzi bathtub in the top floor of the house. This was a big disappointment and I felt a bit misled by the listing. 2. The proximity to the mountain is great, but to get to any restaurants is at least a 10-12 minute drive back down the road; not a problem in good weather, but definitely an issue for us, who arrived on a very snowy night. Just something to be aware of when shopping for your stay.

Greg - So glad you enjoyed the condo and your time in Killington. Your group was amazing to host and definitely earns an A+ in terms of the terrific care you took of the place. And with two-plus feet of new snow on the ground and temps in the 30s you really had the best of the best in weather.
The owner and I really go out of our way to make sure our guests are offered everything they need for their stay, from an ultra clean condo and upgraded bedding to having on hand many niceties such as shampoo, tea bags, hot chocolate, spices, etc. You pack enough stuff for a ski vacation - you shouldn't have to worry about bringing those things.
We hope if your group comes back to the Killington area that you will consider staying with us again - you are exactly the type of tenants we love to have back!
Carol, the condo manager
We stayed at the Townhouse this past February. The house is great and really feels like you're staying in a home, not a condo or impersonal rental. There was a good selection of kitchen items, linens, etc., that made it really easy to get things set up and just enjoy our stay. The wood burning fireplace was a great perk. Overall a lovely place to stay and very easy.
This property has everything you could need. Right by the slopes a true ski on ski off, plenty of beds, and even a sauna. I highly recommend staying here!

Easy ski on/off to Sunrise chair, which feeds rest of Kilington, and easy walk to clubhouse/restaurant. Clean and comfortable and layout works well for larger groups. Would definitely stay again.

I am sorry that the condo was not as clean as it usually is and have discussed this with my cleaning company. We may have had substitutes as it is summer, and we are more geared up for the winter. I will make sure it is up to our usual standards from now on.
Enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for the family. Kitchen was stocked well for cooking needs. Great skiing and nice to come back to a sauna for recovery.
Loved the place! Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. Family loved the sauna and used that a lot. Location was fantastic and very easy to get on and off the slopes! Highly highly recommend!!

The Sunrise slopes weren't open yet due to lack of snow, but it appears to be a true ski-in/out property. We loved the Sunrise Recreational center and the toy box for the young children.

About the host
Hosted by Elaine
Why they chose this property
We wanted a place where our extended family could easily gather to spend time together and one that was close to the slopes. We also wanted a place where those in the family with young kids could easily come and go during the ski day, including coming back for lunch without issue.
What makes this property unique
This is one of the few developments that offer four bedroom units which are also ski in and ski out. While it easily sleeps 10, the floor plan is such that there is room and privacy for all. Being an end unit offers lots of natural lighting and extra square footage.
