The Royal Seafarer is located in the heart of Marco Island’s world famous 4-mile long white sands Crescent Beach. With its fabulous and convenient central location, you will enjoy taking a quick walk along the beach or sidewalk to the newly renovated JW Marriott Hotel located 1 block to the south from your luxury accommodation. Take advantage of the Spa and multiple restaurants and activities including new state of the art game room in the newly opened convention center. Accessing Marco Island’s many varied restaurants and shopping locations is easy as well.

Updated, bright, light & airy inside, the incredible and large wrap around balcony in our condo is designed to allow you to take full visual advantage of the epic Marco Island sunsets. Calming and serene views extend all the way up to Tiger Tail Beach. Watch the dolphins swimming, birds flying, and people strolling along the white sand as you sip your perfect cup of coffee or that special glass of wine.

Updated amenities include:

Freshly painted throughout the entire unit
White leather sofa & loveseat.
Beautiful leather swivel chairs, lamps and multiple tables in living room as well as the entryway all add to the special ambience & modern decor.

The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances including a large stove with double oven, separate microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water dispenser.

Hydraulic kitchen stools and white leather dining room chairs round out the updates for the main living areas.

The Master Bedroom has new furniture with new carpeting and a king size bed. The Guest Bedroom has also been renovated with new carpeting and furniture. Remote controlled ceiling fans in both bedrooms. There is also a ceiling fan in the kitchen. High Speed Fiber Wi-Fi is free and included for your use during your stay. TV’s are located in each bedroom as well as the living room. Master and guest full bathrooms each have tub with shower. You will have access to a dedicated parking spot in the main upper covered lot, beach chairs and tent/umbrella, gorgeous pool with storage shed for the beach chairs, workout facility, New tennis courts & clubroom.

This condo was gorgeous! Clean and spacious. The host’s were top notch, checking in with me, letting me know of condominium updates, and if I had questions I just reached out and they responded in a timely manner. The views were amazing right on the beach with beautiful sunsets! I would love to rent again, however they might not be renting it anymore after they remodel.

Loved this condo! It is located right in the center of Crescent Beach overlooking a white sandy beach with beautiful sunsets and outstanding views. The condo building was upscale, had security and was within walking distance to restaurants. We also enjoyed the fitness room, pool and covered parking. The condo had everything you would need and it was very clean. The owner was very accommodating, easy to work with and responsive. If you want a relaxing beautiful vacation on the beach, this is the place. We have already reserved this great place for next year.

Incredible building, well run by the dedicated staff / onsite management company. Awesome views, best location on Marco, Spectacular sunsets, close to everything and very quiet. Pool area is large, has very nice seating, and the high quality walkway with shell washing station out to the beach are just some of the nice features of this classy, safe and comfortable location.

What makes this property unique

Located on one of the most gorgeous white sands beach in the world. One building away from the newly renovated JW Marriott with incredible restaurants and amenities including a gorgeous new state of the art game room that kids (and adults) will truly love! Make sure you go to their new roof top bar and restaurant for a nice evening out.
