Comes with Audi A5 convertible with beach pass (if you have insurance). The house has a large heated pool, a hot tub, great outdoor entertaining area with grille and landscape lighting, and is only a quick 5-8 minute drive to the town of Sag Harbor.
Private community has private beach access and deep water boat day dock, as well as tennis.
