100 year old barn with old charm is located in the middle of the beautiful Northfork.
The cottage sits on the back of 1.2 acres, and is surrounded by peaceful scenery of open fields. It has a lovely balcony with table and chairs overlooking the gunite pool (fenced), the hottub, large table and chairs with the BBQ (gas), outdoor seating area by the fire, and fantastic view. Upon entry, downstairs boosts a large room with 2 queen pull out sofas, a full bath. Upstairs you will find another pull out sofa, large room with ceiling beams, built in bookshelves, full kitchen, Washer/Dryer, and large dining table.
there is also an outdoor shower in the back of the cottage.

Pool heated to your liking and has an automatic pool cover and light for night time swimming.
This pool is filled with salt water ( not chlorine) and it feels as if you are swimming in a lake. Beautiful!
