Once again my stay at Signature was super, and all of our needs were fulfilled. Kudos to the warmth and hospitality of the front desk staff and we are hopeful of returning to our “home away from home”!! Continued success and God’s Blessings!!

The rooms had nice views and did the job for our Kansas City Chiefs victory weekend in Vegas. The furniture and walls were worn and dated, but the beds were super comfortable. The balconies were a nice amenity. The shower in one of the rooms broke on the second day, but Cindy was super responsive and had maintenance there quickly too fix it. She was also very responsive to questions and emails prior to arriving and her tip to bring your own tube for the lazy river was great advise. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay here again the next time I'm in Vegas.

This property is fantastic! The views of the Vegas strip from the balcony are amazing, especially seeing the Sphere display each night! The location was minutes away from my convention site and the doormen made it easy to arrange for taxis and other services. Whether coming to Vegas for work or play, this is the perfect site for travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing home away from home.

Absolutely picture-perfect location with a beautiful view of the Sphere, the Wynn, and some other properties on the Strip. Very easy in and out with Uber, never more than a five minute wait. Very easy and comfortable walk to the MGM Grand for restaurants, tables and more. You couldn’t possibly ask for a better setup for a family, with two separate suites each featuring a large bed and a pullout couch. We had an excellent stay and would book again in a second! Thanks Cindy!

Great Value & Convenient LocationWe stayed at The Signature at MGM Grand for five nights and had a great experience. The property was exactly as described in the listing, and the price was fantastic! We even received a discount for booking early, which made it an even better value.The location was one of the best parts. The walk to the MGM Grand was a breeze—you can stay indoors and walk through the connected towers, which was especially nice in the Vegas heat. It was easy to access the MGM Grand, restaurants, entertainment, and everything we wanted to enjoy.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Great location, great price, and exactly as advertised. I would definitely book this property again!

This was a great property for our trip to Las Vegas. The balcony was a huge bonus, facing the strip and Sphere. The pool and spa options were great as well. EVERYONE we connected with at the property was very personable and helpful. We would stay again for sure.

Rooms are adequate. I thought there was a kitchen and living area connecting the rooms like a condo, but it’s more like 2 hotel rooms with a kitchenette in each. Worked out fine for 2 couples. Only one of 3 pools open so pool is crowded.

This property is awesome. So close to everything you need. The views from the balcony are amazing. Nice to be able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the Las Vegas strip. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Starbucks located in tower 1 is a short inside walk away. Definitely recommend staying here!
