Please be sure all ceiling fans, lights, exhaust fans and TVs are off. Please close shutters. And turn AC up to 85 in summer.

You may leave unopened non perishable food items like sodas, beer, unopened chips, etc but opened or perishable food should be disposed of please.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was beautiful and the backyard was fantastic. It lived up to the pictures and description. Good location- we were able to walk to the grocery store and Starbucks whenever we needed something! We would definitely book this home again.

Great place for a girls' trip!

This property has everything - four bedrooms, three baths and a fully appointed kitchen. The patio and backyard are beautiful - pool, hot tub, putting green and cozy furniture. The location is great - we were able to get to restaurants and shopping which was a short drive away.

Why they chose this property

This completely remodeled home is in a stellar location in Old Town on an almost impossible to find quarter acre lot. We chose this neighborhood for our vacation homes in Old Town because the spaciousness of the yards & street feels open and not "on top of one another" while in the heart of it all. The house feels as if it has an enormous amount of privacy in the front and back yards, with mature trees, while still being right off of the Scottsdale Rd, entertainment corridor. We absolutely love the elegance of this home and the backyard is quite special. The house is set on a quarter acre lot and it feels very spacious and literally like having a whole resort area to yourself. We have designed this for fun for couples, families, bachelorettes or just a get together for the gang. The house is intimate enough to host just a few folks or a larger group. Unlike other homes in the area, you won't feel "squished" in between houses and while right next to everything Old Town has to offer, located in a secluded, quiet residential area.

What makes this property unique

This house encompasses both style/elegance and is a phenomenal place to celebrate a romantic getaway, a bachelorette event, a family vacation or gathering or just a quick weekend with friends. This house has an exceptionally great backyard for entertaining, making memories and taking great vacation photos. You will have a huge green backyard with lots of space, private heated pool (heat upon request), hot tub,firepit, , big lounge style sofas, putting green, BBQ, seated outdoor dining area that is also covered, and a ping pong table & corn hole game and lots of other things to entertain you, your friends or family! We have not seen another backyard quite like this in old town other than our other two properties that we carefully selected in the same neighborhood. We put our hearts into our property to make it special for you and your special vacation.
