Enjoy the PGA tournament from your personal front row seat! This Legends 10 has a fantastic private location with dramatic south facing highly desirable views. This spacious condo overlooks the fifth green (Double Trouble) of the Stadium Course and two large lakes that are adjacent to the green. Beyond this stunning backdrop you will enjoy the unobstructed panaramic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains as there are no homes between you and the magnificent Mountain View. Inside you will find two spacious, well appointed bedrooms and three and a half baths with great bedroom separation. Each suite has a king sized bed and it’s own private bath. Included for your enjoyment are large televisions in each bedroom. This home is professionally decorated with beautiful new flooring throughout. The kitchen has been fully renovated and is equipped for all your needs.
It is minutes from the Tournament Clubhouse, the Polo grounds, Coachella and Stagecoach Music festivals as well as The Indian Wells Tennis Garden. In addition, you can enjoy a front row seat at The PGA Tours American Express Tournment !
There is a beautiful courtyard entrance to assure privacy and the home is 2300 square feet. There is an attached two car garage. This home includes high speed Spectrum internet along with Netflex and sports channels. Watch your favorite sporting event on our amazing 82 inch HD Smart TV located in the great room! Perfect Stagecoach Location

We loved hanging out in the morning drinking coffee on the back terrace watching the golfers come through the 5th green. Great place, lots of room, very comfortable, just as displayed on site.

Very cozy home in PGA West neighborhood

This home is very clean and comfy, and only 10min away from Coachella music festival. The host is very responsive and we had no issues checking in/out. This home actually has 3 bedrooms, with each room having its own bathroom for use. The views in the back are amazing and I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect La Quinta Getaway

Bright, clean, and roomy home in a beautiful gated PGA West community. The home (and especially the kitchen) was well furnished with numerous thoughtful amenities. It was so nice sitting outside on the lovely patio watching the many golfers come through. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely, Peaceful Getaway With a View

This home is spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. It is a perfect place to getaway, especially if you’re a golfer. It has everything you need, and is very comfortable and inviting. We have stayed in several other PGA West properties, but this one is our favorite, thus far. We hope to return soon!
