This highly desirable lower level corner unit looks out to the mountains from two patios over a cascading fountain. Granite counters throughout, plantation shutters, tastefully decorated, 3 flat screen TV & DVD's, stainless steal BBQ, outdoor tables/chairs. Two master suites, both with King sized beds w/high-in bedding. Both bedrooms have their own patios. In-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers & large soaking tubs. Two fireplaces. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked again. The Legacy Villa property had very nice amenities, great pools, hot tub, clubhouse, workout room, gas grills, pool grill and the La Quinta location was perfect for us. The host was very good about communication and helpful, very easy to reach. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

Great location for all events at the Empire Polo grounds! Parking in the area of our condo in the evening if you were getting in after 8:00 pm was a problem. The condo does not have a designated parking space. This is not a problem if you don’t Mind walking a bit! Everything else was great! Thanks

Beautiful Villa in La Quinta

I rented this two-bedroom villa for Coachella and it was more than I needed but everything it promised and more. The villa has two private, spacious ensuite master bedrooms, each equally charming with king beds and French doors opening to the outdoor patio area, which is furnished with tables and chairs. The kitchen, living room & dining room are between the two bedrooms and are open and bright with natural sunlight streaming in from the large windows. All rooms are nice size and well-appointed, including the kitchen, which has everything you need to stay in and cook for a night if that is what you desire. Everything is neat and clean and in working order. It's a short walk through the charming courtyard to the main pool, clubhouse, gym and cafe. Lori is a great host, and the arrival and departure process was very easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Great La Quinta location

We in town for the tennis tournament and Legacy Villas is the perfect location for easy, quick access. Also close to old town La Quinta with restaurants and shops. So much quieter and more interesting than Palm Desert area.

Extended Weekend Stay for Stagecoach

The property was very clean and we liked the layout for two couples. The rooms are on each side with the living / kitchen area in the middle. It was well equipped for cooking as needed. The grounds are very well maintained and the pool area for stagecoach was a lot of fun! We got lucky with the weather, it was warm but not too hot! The homeowner had excellent communication and was very understanding of our needs. We would definitely recommend this rental.

Great Location in La Quinta

Two couples stayed for a week at this lovely villa. Communication with the host was great, kitchen has everything you need, comfortable beds and toiletries well stocked. The complex is quiet, a great place to relax. Lots of nice places to eat, shop and golf. This is our second time here and look forward to our next trip. Thanks for sharing this property.

Lovely complex. Conveniences of home, but the property was dusty, pillows needed cleaning, a large cockroach came out of the overflow while I was brushing my teeth. Tried to kill him, only got a leg.

Amazing oasis!

This place is beautiful! The community, pools, and location is just perfect. We had an incredible stay with our family (kids and dog) and cannot wait to come back! This house has everything you need and is very big! There are multiple pools nearby and there is a wonderful main pool a short walk away with a splash pad for the kids. Truly a memorable weekend!

Awesome La Quinta Condo

Really enjoyed our stay here. The pools are abundant. Nightly soaks in the hot tub. The condo itself is well maintained. No issues. Since we were traveling with our 1 year old, it was great to have an extra bedroom, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. Lori was very responsive when we reached out. Timing check in/out around nap time, she was very accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend this unit and the property at Legacy Villas.

Nice complex and great location.

The legacy villas is a nice complex situated next-door to La Quinta resort, so it was nice to be able to walk over for coffee or a quick lunch. They do not offer tennis or pickle ball, but it is also possible to go next-door to the resort and pay for the rental of courts. The unit was nice and offered everything we needed. Lori was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that the condominium is extremely dark, and we could not figure out the light situation, there are light switches on the walls but they are not affiliated with the lamps and there were no overhead lights so it was just hard to see. The outdoor sitting area is small and not private so if you plan to sit outside to lounge just know that. The kitchen was nicely equipped for our needs, and the sheets and towels were of good quality. With all of this said, I would most likely come back!

This is my second home which I have never rented before . . . I decided to start to have some other folks be able to get to enjoy it when I was unable to be there. I live on the Coast in Solana Beach and love to sneak away to the desert whenever I can. It is so relaxing and there is so much going on!

Why they chose this property

I have been going to La Quinta to the Tennis Matches for years when they were held at the La Quinta Resort. I would stay at the resort along with Lendl, McEnroe & Connors. I enjoy the desert and love the drive over the mountain - it's breathtaking so why not buy a place here?

What makes this property unique

I love the balmy night and swimming in the pool in the evenings. Having a cocktail on the patio. Shopping on El Paseo is fantastic! Doing a spa day is a must. The desert has some of the nicest golf courses and there are so many to choose from.
