Gite Du chocolatier, is a cottage located in L'Etoile and can accommodate up to 5 people. (4 + 1 baby)

Located in a terraced house (simple joint ownership), the cottage is facing south-east with an outdoor terrace allowing you to enjoy the first rays of the sun for a nice breakfast.

The cottage is 60 m² and consists of 3 rooms:

- Main room of 31 m²: large open kitchen with dining room, fireplace and large living room with TV area.

- 1 bedroom of 12 m² with bed 160 * 200 for 2 people.

- 1 bedroom of 10 m² with 2 beds of 90 * 190 for 2 people.

- Bathroom with walk-in shower

- Separate WC


- Outside you get a 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and a landscaped garden and private parking.
We renovated this old farmhouse keeping its traditional style using quality materials.

Wood heating is installed to provide you warmth and comforting
 
Wood is provided, arranged by us near the stove and the fire will be lit on arrival as the outside temperatures.
An electric heater supplements the heating wood, if using it will set up a separate charge.

Equipment from Guest Chocolatier:

- Kitchen: integrated new kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob 4 burners, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and all the equipment needed to cook.

- Living room: relaxation area with good quality sofa, 2 chairs, flat screen TV 80 cm with TNT and DVD player.

- Dining-suite bathroom: sink, shower with Italian roomy, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

- Master bedroom:
160 * 200 bed, wardrobe, desk and 2 bedside tables
- Children's Room:
2 beds 90 * 190, 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers.
- Maintenance kit: iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, brooms, clothes ...
A deposit of 400 euros will be required at the entrance of the place, it will not be cashed.
Deposit for cleaning (50 €).
