About this property

Loft-style air-conditioned house with patio near port and Aiguillon beach

House offered for rent from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays over 7 days.

House of 2 bedrooms, 72 m2 with pleasant living room of 40m2 with kitchen, decoration and loft atmosphere with exposed beams, overlooking an open patio.
This is our second home, we have almost completely renovated in late summer 2016 with the utmost care.
The house is clean, and we hope future tenants will take care of it.
Ideal for a couple with one or 2 child (ren) or 2 couples: 1 room with 1 bed of 140 and a second room with 2 beds of 90. This is 2 pull-out beds that put in double bed or 2 separate single beds. Very new mattresses.
2 outside: the patio for a quiet, sunny and in the shade for an aperitif or evening meal. And closed parking, outside but out of sight to store your bikes.
(which can also be rented 500 meters from the house)

Located in the picturesque district of the archonnais, that of Aiguillon with its port, its beach and all local shops, all 150 meters from the house.
You put the car in the small street of the house, and you do everything on foot or by bike: bike path almost in front of the house.
Downtown, central beach and Arcachon market 20/25 minutes walk, 10 minutes by bike. Market of the Teste at 15mn by the bike path of salt meadows. 25 minutes from the village of Moulleau and Pereire neighborhood

Ocean beaches and Dune du Pyla, 20 minutes by car, and Bordeaux 1 hour by train (station 5 minutes) or car.
Ballades in the salt meadows of l'Aiguillon, around oyster tasting huts, 150 m from the house.

House very well equipped with Wifi (freebox), dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, citrus press, toaster ...

Sheets and duvet covers and pillows and pillowcases provided: 1 bed 140 and 2 of 90 - pillow 60x60
4 shower towels provided

It will be asked a deposit of 1200euros to future tenants who will not be cashed and returned within 48 hours after departure and verification of the proper use of appliances.

Rental of bikes, boats, jet skis and boat trips on the Arcachon basin within 10 minutes.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour, l'accueil du propriétaire a été chaleureux . Tout est fait pour pour que nous nous sentions bien dans cette petite maison confortable et bien équipée ( joli patio où nous avons pris le temps d'admirer un très beau ciel étoilé !!! ) pour passer nos vacances... commerces à proximité ( fameuse poissonnerie ) la plage à 400 mètres à pieds ... le stationnement n'a posé aucun problème, nous avons toujours trouvé une place Rue Duchenne . Nous garderons précieusement cette adresse !!!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

La maison est joliment décorée, très lumineuse et agréable à vivre . La literie est parfaite. Elle est située dans une rue calme à 2 pas des commerces et plages. On peut tout faire à pieds ou en vélo. C'est très appreciable. Mr Nicolas est très sympathique .Nous avons été bien accueilli et gardons de très bons souvenirs de notre séjour. Je recommande location.

Sejour à Arcachon

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour La maison est très agréable, bien équipée et très bien située, au calme et proche de tous les commerces a pieds. Endroit idéal pour découvrir le Bassin d' Arcachon à vélo et oublier la voiture. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour le dérangement occasionné par mes dates de séjour un peu décalées. A recommander sans hésiter.

Très jolie maison pleine de charme

Nous avons été ravis de passer 15 jours dans cette ancienne maison de pêcheur, au décor moderne. Elle est proche des commodités dont la poissonnerie très réputée à Arcachon. Nous n’avons jamais eu de problème de stationnement en plein de mois d’aout. Nous la recommandons! A souligner également que le propriétaire est très disponible pour tout renseignement.

super moment dans un super logement !!!

Nous avions choisi ce logement par sa localisation et les photos qui indiquaient un logement tout renové et tres bien equipé. Nous n'avons pas été déçu! la location est située dans une rue calme, charmante, à deux pas de tous les commerces ( casino, une super poissonnerie, un boucher ,super fromager, boulangerie, epicerie, restos et même un barbier!!), et la maison est renovée avec beaucoup de gout! la salle à manger -salon est tres spacieuse , a permis à nos 2 bébés de s'amuser quand la pluie s'est invitée.Mention speciale pour la salle de bain qui donne envie de refaire la notre! Tres bon accueil de la part de Mr Nicolas, le proprietaire, attentif au bien etre des locataires. Nous reviendrons!!

Maison très agreable

Très agréable séjour dans cette maison du quartier de l'aiguillon a Arcachon. Idéal pour une famille, grand séjour, cuisine bien équipée, très belle salle de bain et petit patio où il fait bon boire un petit verre. À pied de nombreux commerces et la fameuse cabane de l aiguillon ou l on peut déguster de fabuleuses huîtres. Je recommande cette location.

Très jolie maison bien équipée

Je recommande vivement cette location, jolie petite maison bien décorée, patio très agréable, rien ne manque (wifi, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, huile, vinaigre sel poivre sopalin,.... tout y est!!!!) Très bon accueil ! Le tout bien situé à 2 minutes des commerces et 8 minutes de La plage !

Très agréable maison

Maison très fonctionnelle, propre et décorée avec goût, surtout si, comme nous, vous aimez le style loft. Le plus est le patio même si en cette saison (temps pluvieux) nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. L'été cet espace doit être top. La literie est confortable et la douche à l'italienne est très spacieuse. Un lave-linge serait le bienvenu ainsi que la wi-fi directe. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Location à recommander ! Nous reviendrons. Michèle et Serge (Reims)
