Fully equipped chalet in residential park in the countryside (swimming pool, library

In the Residential Park of the Préto Valley, discover a village of 28 chalets in the countryside on 3 landscaped acres, in a green setting.
Swimming pool open from April 8th to September 30th.
(The park is completely fenced as well as the pond and the pool).

Come and enjoy our cottage accommodations.

In the chalet:
- Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed.
- TV
- Children's room with 3 beds 90, bathroom with shower and sink, separate WC.
- Parents bedroom with 140 bed.
- Large covered and uncovered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

The cottages are non smoking and no pets.

Many services are offered on the park:
- Heated indoor pool (Easter to late September)
- Free laundry at the opening times and dates of the pool
- Children's play area, climbing wall, toboggan ...
- Library at times and dates of opening of the pool
- Fitness room (Expect medical certificate)

rental 2 nights minimum (100 €) off season, weekly in July and August.

Oasis de calme et de repos

Après une journée passée sur les magnifiques sentiers de randonnée le long de la côte ou à la plage, nous étions à chaque fois heureux de rentrer dans ce chalet confortable. Les hôtes sont très aimables. Des belles plages pour nager.

Le stationnement est interdit devant le chalet, le parking à disposition est difficile d'accès si vous avez une poussette ( ou un problème de jambe) . En revanche, un lit parapluie nous a été gracieusement prêté

C'est un bon compromis entre un camping trop bruyant et un gîte complètement isolé. Le coin est très agréable et calme. La piscine couverte est un plus. Le logement n'est pas très grand mais c'est suffisant pour une semaine de vacances à faire des activités autour. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et présents si besoin.

Malgré la pluie, le chalet est très agréable et l'environnement est chouette... Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine, les jeux extérieurs et couverts comme le ping pong ainsi que l'espace bibliothèque. Tout est adapté pour les familles, peu importe le temps. Il y a également de belles balades à faire au Cap d'erquy ou au Cap Frehel. À recommander !!! Merci aux propriétaires, très charmants, et arrangeants!

Gut geeignete Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern in natürlicher Umgebung und netter Atmosphäre. Gepflegte Parkanlage mit hilfsbereiten Vermietern und Verwalter. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Bei Regen waren die Kinder dankbar für das Hallenbad und die überdachte Tischtennisplatte. Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Sehr zu empfehlen!
