NEW at GREOUX-les-BAINS
Nice T3 with covered terrace and garden, comfortable and very well equipped, decorated with care, located in the heart of the village (the lavender field visible in the photos of the garden is a decorated wall) 5 minutes walk from the cure. You can enjoy reversible air conditioning, free WIFI, water and electricity heating are included.
The rose bedroom, bedroom 1, does not have a window, but is provided with very effective ventilation by VMC. It is equipped with two 80 cm beds that can make a large 160 cm bed by special fasteners.
bedroom 2 overlooks the patio and is equipped with 2 90 cm beds (which can make a large 180 cm bed by special fasteners).
These two bedrooms have separate entrances, but can communicate with each other if desired by a sliding, soundproofed bay window fitted with a blackout system.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, pressure cooker, vacuum cleaner etc ...

logement et accueil sympatiques
le voisinage est très gênant empêchant de profiter du salon extérieur. En effet situé le long d'un restaurant (terrasse en limite du jardin) avec l'extracteur de fumée très bruyant laisse
échapper les odeurs d'huile de friture...

en ce qui concerne l' extracteur jusqu' à présent je n' avais pas eu de remarque à ce sujet, mais j' en prends bonne note, et je vais en informer immédiatement mon voisin de façon à ce qu' il fasse le nécessaire.
