Events/Retreats at the Ranch

Natural Valley Ranch in Brownsburg, IN is a privately owned estate that is an ideal location for your small wedding, family reunions, business retreats/clinics, business parties/events, team building, quinceaneras, quilting retreats, scrapbooking retreats, church retreats, photography retreats, yoga retreats, birthday parties and so much more.

Our 78 acre estate is a serene getaway with a 5,500 sq ft log home we call The Cabin, 3,200 sq ft farmhouse we call The Cottage, 3 acre lake with shelter, event building we call the Outpost, horse barn, 50 acres of horse trails, access to walking/running/bike riding greenway and plenty of beautiful views all around. All buildings have WIFI and the homes have cable.

The Cabin, VRBO listing #677033 overlooks our 3 acre lake, has 3 floors, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen & a regulation pool table.

The Cottage, VRBO listing number #476869 overlooks the ranch, has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, exercise equipment & ping pong table.

The Outpost is our 1200 sq ft event building with a 10’ x 60 ft’ covered porch that overlooks our 3 acre lake. It has a full working kitchen, tables, chairs, serving dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, linens and decor. There is a wooded or lake option for wedding ceremonies.

Hosting your event at the Ranch from 10 - 150 people can include horseback riding, hayrides, bonfires, fishing, horse education, animal interaction, outdoor games, hiking or just quiet indoor time. Use your choice of caterer or do the cooking yourself. We have everything you would need. Alcohol is permitted. So many options that can accommodate all.

Whether it be a backyard business BBQ party, family reunion, rustic/chic destination wedding or business/hobby/health retreat we are the perfect, unique, ideal, secluded, private location just minutes from Indianapolis.

Rates are for house rentals only. An additional amount will be billed depending on the number of Guests at your Wedding/Events. A 500$ security deposit will be required to hold your date use of grounds and buildings for a wedding or special events. In addition a 500$ damage deposit is required. This amount will be billed separately and paid through PayPal or Cash or emailed invoice no Personal Checks.
