There is a half bath and washer / dryer on this level as well, and a propane grill just outside the back door for our guests' convenience. There is also a queen bedroom on this floor.

The second floor boasts hardwood floors, and includes a spacious king master suite with balcony overlooking the pool. The master also includes a new large Smart TV. The master bath features a large shower with a separate jacuzzi tub.
