Welcome to “Sea Suite" our 4 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom home in Gulf Place.

LOCATION:

Right across Scenic Highway 30A from both public and private beach access, this conveniently located townhome is in the heart of Gulf Place. The home is just steps from some of the area's most iconic dining (Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, etc.), while also offering shops, local art galleries, amphitheater space, a farmers market, and community events.

With easy access to the beach through private access points, three pools (two of which are seasonally heated for Spring Break), two hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, dedicated corn hole play area, and nature/jogging trails, you won't have to travel far to enjoy all that this area has to offer.

PROPERTY OVERVIEW:

“Sea Suite” is a spacious townhome with an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen space. The second-floor living room opens onto the home's private balcony overlooking Gulf Place, and the main seating area comes with a large smart TV, perfect for streaming all your favorite shows.

Between the dining area table and long breakfast bar, there is seating for a full complement of guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, bakeware, and crockery you need to cook to your heart's content.

Down the hall from the kitchen, you'll pass the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer on the way to the second-floor king bedroom which hosts an en suite and private balcony access with seating.

The home's third floor is comprised of a king master bedroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub, a bunk room with four twin beds, and a final queen room with en suite. All bedrooms come equipped with closet space and TVs (excluding bunk room).

AMENITIES:

The home provides beach gear (beach wagon, body boards, beach umbrella, etc.), towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, cooking utensils, and private parking at the rear of the home for two vehicles.

Great Location and roomy unit!

Gulf Place is a wonderful spot on 30A where you can park your car and walk to great restaurants and shops- this is a rare 4-bedroom unit where you can have room to spread out and relax-Does have lots of stairs if you have a guest with mobility issues-- five of us had a wonderful time!

We had the best stay the condo was clean and steps away from the pool and a quick walk to the beach. We used the private entrance and found the beach was way less crowded. We will definitely be staying here again. We had the best time

Sea Suite family vacation

The location, surrounding amenities, host communication and property were great! Our grandsons loved all the pool and beach toys the host provided too! We had 6 adults and 3 kids and the place fit our family well. The Santa Rosa Beach fireworks during Fourth of July was an added bonus! Thanks for a great trip full of family memories.

Great stay!

Our stay in gulf place was amazing as usual. There were a few hiccups on arrival, but the property manager/owner was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty of room and the property was clean and very close to the walkway for the Gulfplace private beach entrance. The pool is a few steps to the right of this property. No complaints…..The upstairs shower is hard to turn on and the upstairs king bedroom balcony door is hard to close if opened ( but the owner assisted me through these hurdles and it turned out fine) Thank you!

Everything about this place was perfect. Very short walk to amazing beach; well stocked with everything we needed; very clean; walking distance to many great food choices and shops; all the beds were comfortable. Gulf Place was a lovely quiet area and very family friendly. The Sea Suite was perfect for our family with 6 adults and 4 children. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed the amenities of this fine two bedroom townhouse. We found that the location was ideal to be able to quickly get to the beach and explore the 30A neighborhood. Also, we were less than half of an hour away from scenic gulf drive and all the eateries and entertainments that were on that side of the area. Regrettably, we rented a golf cart for the week and beach chair service for the week. We regretted this because we didn't need the golf cart since everything was within walking distance and the chair service was set up and ready, but the weather wasn't conducive to our using the chairs every day of the week.

We really enjoyed our stay last week! The suite was large and fit our family very well. The suite was clean and well equipped w/ essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc. It also had a large number of beach items available for the kids to use. The pool we used the majority of the time was clean and a close walk to the unit which made it easier for the small children to get to and from. Overall, had a great time and would highly recommend.

Truly steps from the beach

My family and I had an amazing week hosted by the Coast Team! This location is beautiful, and truly steps from the beach. We enjoyed the private beach access, pool, tennis courts, and local businesses surrounding this peaceful square. For the price we paid, this stay met and exceeded our expectations. The Cost Team had amazing response times along with being extremely helpful. I look forward to a future stay with them!

Home was nicer and even more spacious than the photos and CLEAN! So clean! Everything was well appointed. Really liked that we were walking distance from several beach accesses and restaurants. Traveled with an infant and toddler & had the best of both worlds being away from a ton of Seaside hustle and bustle but not feeling isolated. Hosts had great communication. We truly had the best stay and everything we needed.Would recommend!

Great beach place

Great location. Short walk to the private entrance for the beach. Very close to the pool. Short walk to restaurants, coffee shop and retail stores. The condo was spacious, comfy and clean. Suited our group for a beach long weekend. Kitchen was well stocked except no wine bottle opener. Plenty of beach towels but could have used more towels in the bathrooms. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot. Close to the beach. There are 2 sets of stairs to the majority of bedrooms. (There is one bedroom that only requires going up one set of stairs)…If that is an issue for someone The only thing to note is that there isn’t much comfy seating if doing a movie night. One smallish comfy couch and 2 comfy other chairs. With the beach, who cares but I could see it being a slight issue for some.

Life is a beach!

Great place to stay. This was our 2nd time staying at this unit. Great unit, very clean, equipped with everything we needed to take care of a family of 6. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to have a great place to stay. Close to the beach and any of the 3 pools. A couple of items that needs some attention: When we booked it stated that all bedrooms had TVs in them. The bunkroom does not have a TV in it. I called the property manager, and they were going to correct the listing. Next item was the thermostat that controls the HVAC, we would set it at 70 degrees and a few hours later it would revert to 83 degrees. Overall, I would rent this unit again! Great vacation!!

We did have a little configuration change to that bunk room which removed the small TV from in there, but we did indeed update the listing to reflect that. Perfect fit for our family vacation!

When first arrived there was no drip coffee maker. I contacted mgmt and they had a new one there in 2 days. We also left a set of keys upon chk out, and upon notifying mgmt they went to the condo, found them, and mailed them to us immediately! Mgmt was SO easy to deal with! However, I will say that there are not many kid friendly cups in the condo (it's pretty much all glass), so just know that, other than that, it was a great condo, fairly close to the beach (abt a 5-10min walk) and other shops/restaurants. Would highly recommend this condo!
