Located in the heart of a stall district, this independent house (stall type of 60m² with one floor) can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation has been thought out and tastefully decorated to be as pleasant and practical as possible. It allows you to stay in a quiet area while being close to the city center of Bordeaux.
Close to all amenities and transport, you are in about ten minutes by tram from the center of Bordeaux (Place de la Victoire, Aquitaine Museum, Pey Berland Cathedral, Quartier Gambetta, Grand Theater, Place des Quinconces and many others). other..).
Also take advantage of its proximity to the motorway (access A63 in 15 minutes by car from the accommodation) to admire the beauty of the Arcachon basin, enjoy the ocean beaches or visit the Bordeaux vineyards.
You are also in 5 minutes on the university estate of Talence.
It consists of a mezzanine with its double bed and a sofa bed (double) in the living room; a nice kitchen and a nice bathroom with shower.
It has full equipment: TV, internet, hob, oven, fridge, microwave, iron / ironing board, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hairdryer ...
