Nestled on the lake side of Red Arrow Highway in the prestigious Stones Throw Association, this newly constructed 3,500 sq. ft. modern farmhouse is built for effortless entertaining. Located less than a mile from the beach, it offers the ideal blend of high-end design, comfort, and coastal charm.

We had 6 children under eight. The pool was great with lots of pool toys. The house was one of the best stocked I’ve stayed in even had high chair and porta crib. I would highly recommended for either a group with kids or an all adult trip

Perfect Home for Getaway

The home’s location and layout were perfect for a winter getaway. While it’s not pool or beach season, the hot tub and open layout for group dinners and games (as well as the game room for a kids hangout space) were fantastic for catching up with family friends.

Great Stay!

Our family had a really nice stay and a great vacation here. The home is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The beds are also extremely comfortable! Awesome outside amenities too with the deck, pool and hot tub. The location is also very nice, you’re in the middle of both tourist towns. A must stay!
