Equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, living room-kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the bay, it offers the possibility of comfortable accommodation to four people. Children and animals are welcome.
The apartment is in a complex with sun terrace and pool, which is accessed directly from the promenade that runs along the bay of Los Cristianos.

Great location and comfortable apartment

The apartment, block and pool were very clean. Apartment was spacious and well equipped, we could live there and be happy. Location was perfect for beach, bars and restaurants. Property owner was very helpful. We will be coming back

Beautiful comfortable apartment everything you need is there will definitely book again

We loved it everything you need is in the apartment the only thing we couldn't do was get a English Channel on the tv but that wasn't a problem because everything you need for a lovely holiday is right outside your door great restaurants bars shops and of course that lovely beach and when back in the apartment you have beautiful views all around and use of a well kept swimming pool we loved it and will definitely be back next year

Beach front apartment

Lovely located apartment everything you need is right outside the beach ,bars,restaurants and everything you need in the apartment is there and the owner is very helpful with any questions you may have but you will love it we have stayed there twice now and will be going back

Appartment too hot

Appartment was very dated and very warm asked for a portable fan to make it better and did not get onewe were told to open the windows. My Son and his partner were staying in the appartment so we took the fam from our very well equiped appartment upstairs and leant them it.

Nice apartment close to beach and center Los C. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have in November 2014 and 2015, three weeks of vacation in the apartment and both times we had a nice and pleasant holiday. We can honestly say that both times was a good experience. The apartment is a very nice apartment with good location close to the harbor, a lovely view and you can experience the sunset from the balcony. There are washing machine, internet and a separate bedroom. The place is peaceful and yet close to it all, right by the beach promenade, and only a 5 minutes walk to the center of Los Cristianos with all shops and restaurants. Actually there are many things that need to go up to a higher level before one can say that it has been a successful holiday. It's always nice that there is staff on the place that you can contact. On the hotel apartments area there is Mrs. M., which acts as a sort of manager and she is a very human and helpful person. This she has demonstrated many times, but there was especially an episode that made a deep impression on us. One evening when we should leave for dinner, we saw in the reception 4 young people. They had just arrived and wanted the apartment key handed, but no one in the reception had heard of this apartment rental. One woman, who had been in charge of their booking and payment on the internet, broke down. Mrs. M. quickly got hold of a mobile phone and we could hear that she was very angry at the person who was at the other end of the phone. How it all ended, we do not know. We learned of this incident, that one of the most important things that you can achieve a nice holiday, is that there is an apartment, when you arrive at the resort and that you should be very careful, when you buy or book on the internet. Ofräscht.

Lägenheten är i stort behov av renovering. Golvklinker är lösa och spruckna på många ställen i hela lägenheten. Väggarna är solkiga på olika ställen.Köksinredningen och handtagen är solkiga och skåpluckorna är sneda och vinda. Kuddar i sofforna är ofräscha både i ytskikt och innerkuddar. Stort behov av tvätt. Sovrummet var funktionellt men den ena madrassen var helt slut. Sambon fick sova i vardagsrumssoffan.Badrummet är funktionellt men ofräscht. Minimalt badkar/dusch som är otäckt att duscha i på grund av att duschdraperiet hänger för nära kroppen. man får hela tiden hålla undan draperiet. Även här inne är golvklinker lösa och spruckna. Inte en ända rulle toalettpapper fanns vid ankomsten, en rulle kunde ju funnits så man inte behövde leta upp en affär sent på kvällen.Dörrhandtagen är solkiga och ofräscha. Balkongen är även den i behov av renovering. Markisen är en fara att använda då sömmarna som ska hålla ihop den har brustit, STOR risk för att den rasar ner till marken. Möblemanget på balkongen är ostabilt och obekvämt att sitta i. Detta var många pekpinnar men det var så vi upplevde det.

L'appartement est très agréable, très bien placé, on est de suite sur le paseo, super bien équipé il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour, très propre. Optimale Lage

Aussenanlage/ Treppenhaus sehr sauber, wird täglich gereinigt. Apt. leicht in die Jahre gekommen aber für uns war alles ok. es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Probleme mit dem Fernseher wurden von einem freundlichen Hausmeister und dem Eigentümer umgehend gelöst. Guten und verlässlichen Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer.

Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber, vollständig und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super nah am Meer und der Strandpromenade. Für etwas Lärm durch Strassenbau im Ort kann weder Roberto noch das Appartement etwas. Das Bad könnte mal modernisiert werden, ist aber schön groß und mit einer Waschmaschine und Bidet voll ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Guayero var ett prydligt och rent komplex. Pool-området var mycket populärt och i huset fanns många service-företag, som frisör, massage restauranger och en liten supermarket. Lägenheten var trevligt inredd, dock började slitaget synas. Det enda, som inte uppfyllde förväntningarna var köks-förnödenheterna.Vid en längre vistelse behövs ett bättre och större urval av såväl kärl och upplägningsfat.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even the current work that is being carried out which starts quite early in the mornings didnt spoil our enjoyment of the apartment and resort. We'd be more than happy to recommend this to others and return ourselves. The only negative is that although the pool is a great size its very very cold , this may not be too much of a problem at other times of the year when the temperatures are higher but it was virtually unusable in January.
