Equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, living room-kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the bay, it offers the possibility of comfortable accommodation to four people. Children and animals are welcome.
The apartment is in a complex with sun terrace and pool, which is accessed directly from the promenade that runs along the bay of Los Cristianos.

Great location and comfortable apartment

The apartment, block and pool were very clean. Apartment was spacious and well equipped, we could live there and be happy. Location was perfect for beach, bars and restaurants. Property owner was very helpful. We will be coming back

Beautiful comfortable apartment everything you need is there will definitely book again

We loved it everything you need is in the apartment the only thing we couldn't do was get a English Channel on the tv but that wasn't a problem because everything you need for a lovely holiday is right outside your door great restaurants bars shops and of course that lovely beach and when back in the apartment you have beautiful views all around and use of a well kept swimming pool we loved it and will definitely be back next year

VĂ€ggarna Ă€r solkiga pĂ„ olika stĂ€llen.Köksinredningen och handtagen Ă€r solkiga och skĂ„pluckorna Ă€r sneda och vinda. Kuddar i sofforna Ă€r ofrĂ€scha bĂ„de i ytskikt och innerkuddar. Stort behov av tvĂ€tt. Sovrummet var funktionellt men den ena madrassen var helt slut. Sambon fick sova i vardagsrumssoffan.Badrummet Ă€r funktionellt men ofrĂ€scht. Minimalt badkar/dusch som Ă€r otĂ€ckt att duscha i pĂ„ grund av att duschdraperiet hĂ€nger för nĂ€ra kroppen. man fĂ„r hela tiden hĂ„lla undan draperiet. Även hĂ€r inne Ă€r golvklinker lösa och spruckna. Inte en Ă€nda rulle toalettpapper fanns vid ankomsten, en rulle kunde ju funnits sĂ„ man inte behövde leta upp en affĂ€r sent pĂ„ kvĂ€llen.Dörrhandtagen Ă€r solkiga och ofrĂ€scha. Balkongen Ă€r Ă€ven den i behov av renovering. Markisen Ă€r en fara att anvĂ€nda dĂ„ sömmarna som ska hĂ„lla ihop den har brustit, STOR risk för att den rasar ner till marken. Möblemanget pĂ„ balkongen Ă€r ostabilt och obekvĂ€mt att sitta i. Detta var mĂ„nga pekpinnar men det var sĂ„ vi upplevde det.

Alles in allem angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gut gelegen, nahe Strand und Ortszentrum.Alte und abgenutzte Einrichtung, zu viele Möbel, die nur Platz wegnehmen. Nur 4 nutzbare Steckdosen im gesamten Apartment.Unkomfortable und gefÀhrliche Dusche (Duschvorhang ist nicht mehr zeitgemÀss,Boden der Badewanne stark gwölbt, extreme Rutschgefahr). Appartment was very dated and very warm asked for a portable fan to make it better and did not get onewe were told to open the windows. My Son and his partner were staying in the appartment so we took the fam from our very well equiped appartment upstairs and leant them it.

L'appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs bien placĂ©, on est de suite sur le paseo, super bien Ă©quipĂ© il y a tout ce qui est nĂ©cessaire pour passer un bon sĂ©jour, trĂšs propre. Optimale Lage

Aussenanlage/ Treppenhaus sehr sauber, wird tĂ€glich gereinigt. Apt. leicht in die Jahre gekommen aber fĂŒr uns war alles ok. es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt! Probleme mit dem Fernseher wurden von einem freundlichen Hausmeister und dem EigentĂŒmer umgehend gelöst. Guten und verlĂ€sslichen Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer.

Alles bestens!

Das Appartement entspricht der Beschreibung, ist sauber, vollstĂ€ndig und hĂŒbsch eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super nah am Meer und der Strandpromenade. FĂŒr etwas LĂ€rm durch Strassenbau im Ort kann weder Roberto noch das Appartement etwas. Das Bad könnte mal modernisiert werden, ist aber schön groß und mit einer Waschmaschine und Bidet voll ausgestattet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.

Lovely located apartment everything you need is right outside the beach ,bars,restaurants and everything you need in the apartment is there and the owner is very helpful with any questions you may have but you will love it we have stayed there twice now and will be going back

Maravillosa estancia en Los Cristianos. El apartamento, muy acogedor y limpio, estĂĄ muy bien situado....cerca de la playa y rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes. Muy aconsejable!

Trevlig och mysig lÀgenhet, mitt i staden och nÀra stranden.

Guayero var ett prydligt och rent komplex. Pool-omrÄdet var mycket populÀrt och i huset fanns mÄnga service-företag, som frisör, massage restauranger och en liten supermarket. LÀgenheten var trevligt inredd, dock började slitaget synas. Det enda, som inte uppfyllde förvÀntningarna var köks-förnödenheterna.Vid en lÀngre vistelse behövs ett bÀttre och större urval av sÄvÀl kÀrl och upplÀgningsfat.

well equipped apartment in fantastic location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even the current work that is being carried out which starts quite early in the mornings didnt spoil our enjoyment of the apartment and resort. We'd be more than happy to recommend this to others and return ourselves. The only negative is that although the pool is a great size its very very cold , this may not be too much of a problem at other times of the year when the temperatures are higher but it was virtually unusable in January.
