Amazing place, perfect location

I would definitely recommend this place. The host is incredibly helpful and the place is amazing. Perfect location! And you even have solar panels and a generator in case there is a problem with electricity, which is very normal in Tulum.

Overpriced

The listing was inaccurate. It was not luxurious. In fact, it was in need of updating and repair. The 3rd floor deck was rotting in places, and I actually fell through a rotted board. The cabinets were in disrepair, as well as the primary bedroom flooded after a rainstorm. Some of the light fixtures didn't work and was missing shades. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, (sleeps 6) yet the dining table sat only 4 with 3 chairs. The decor was spare. The host was very friendly yet, when we requested something he was rarely on time and seemed overworked and rushed. Finally, after falling through the deck floor and hitting my head (which was on my last day) I contacted VRBO to alert them to the disrepair of the listing. They assured me that they would get back to me after I filed a complaint. It's been 3 weeks and I have received no response. I have made several calls and wrote several emails. So there you have it. A overpriced condo and unresponsive VRBO. Rent at your own risk!

Really quiet neighborhood and good restaurants. Lots of birds and close to the bike path to the beach. We’re clean and comfortable beds.
