Check in was easy. The place was clean and cozy. The bedrooms were a nice size. There is a shuttle that runs constantly so it wasn’t difficult to get a ride to the village. Would stay here again.

Very nice unit, great location
Nice clean unit, great for family of 5. Well furnished for meals in, convenient shuttle stop right out front. Short walk (100 ft) from front door to Camp 4 slope. The complex hot tub was also a nice bonus after a long day on the slopes.
This is my second year renting this unit and it always checks all the boxes. Absolutely love the location because I it’s not in the middle of a lot of people. I will definitely be booking it again.

From the moment we walked into the unit, we felt at home. This is a great condo… Perfect location for the slopes. Kitchen had virtually everything you needed to chef up some yummy meals. The bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms fully stocked with all the essentials. Overall, we had an incredible vacation… And this condo was a huge part of that.

This is a great little ski rental for a family. It was about .25 mile walk to the Powderidge lift. The camp 4 ski trail was closed when we were there in early January, so we ended up walking through the Powderidge Townhomes parking lot and got on the mountain at the Powderidge lift. Everything in the kitchen was very new, nice and clean. It seemed like the owners must have totally restocked the kitchen with all new cookware. The rental was very clean. The furnishings were comfortable and cozy. My only critique was that the beds were not the most comfortable. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

None of the windows worked properly. Furniture was aged and unattractive. The wood chandelier over the dining table is a hazard and should be removed. Kitchen utensils and cutlery need to be replaced. But the location was very good and overall the accommodations were comfortable.
Overall great experience. No complaints. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We would absolutely return.
As listed, you do have to walk a short distance uphill when skiing to get back to the unit. Was not a huge issue but if weather had been warmer it might be an issue for any of the units located within the Camp 4 area. The 'Camp 4' ski trail at Snowshoe that runs by this property did not have a lot of snow and it isnt one of the trails where they make snow apparently. But we could tell the trail was groomed each night. It just seemed that they were pushing snow from elsewhere which caused the snow coverage to be a little thin in some places (i.e. rocks and dirt were exposed), so we had to be careful until getting to the main part of the park.
On a seperate note, we knew there wasnt a pool onsite. When we were searching for a resort, we originally wanted a resort with access to an indoor heated pool for evening leisure. We eventually settled on this property at Snowshoe because the price was more within our budget and just decided we'd "settle" on the nearby Splitrock Pool within Snowshoe. The kids ended up enjoying it just as well and had no complaints.
All in all, we had a great experience and would return.

False advertising
I was disappointed in this location due to the listing being for 6 people and having a hot tub, but not providing. The pull out sofa was broken and had a thin mattress topper that was worn out, as a “mattress.” We were forced to put it on the floor because the bars from the sofa completely protruded thru the thin mattress pad, making it impossible to sleep on. Also, we had friends attending this trip who do not ski, so the hot tub was a major factor in booking. Upon arrival, we read a sign that says “temporarily closed due to Covid.” So this must mean it’s been closed for 3 years. Very upsetting to learn. I would never have booked this location knowing that. On top of that, there was a maintenance man fixing a vent in the bathroom after we were settling in (2 hours after check in). Once he left, we turned on the vent only to hear a sound like broken glass being churned. There was many physical flaws to the location. It definitely needs a renovation. The heater worked well, and it was supplied well with cookware. Those are my only positives.
Great experience overall. Comfort of bed was lacking which was bummer after full day of skiing. Plan to bring your own coffee to drink as well. Thanks!

This condo was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The heat an fireplace worked well and kept us cozy in single temperature conditions outside. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was top notch for a rental. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo! Thanks again, we'll be back next time we visit Snowshoe!
