The huge Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s dining for 8 at the large dining table, with additional seating for 4 at the over-sized kitchen island.

Just off the great room is a fabulous, covered entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, comfortable couch set, a private Hot Tub, and a built-in gas BBQ. The patio is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the gold course and Tipple Hill! Take a short walk up the cart path to enjoy a wonderful dinner and exquisite drinks at Swiftwater Winery.

The Main Floor Master features a King Bed, and a beautiful en-suite private bath with heated floors. The bath features a soaking tub, large walk-in tile shower with dual-heads, and double sinks. This Master Suite also has direct access to the private Hot Tub and patio through sliding glass doors. The main floor guest bedroom features a queen bed.

The second floor boasts two King Master Suites with private en-suite baths, a Queen Guest Bedroom, and a 6th Bonus Bunk room. The Bunk room features two sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, a Full Trundle Bed, and a TV Lounge area, w/Blu-Ray, that is a great spot for the kids to hang out. Just outside the Bunk room is a guest bath with a tile shower. At the top of the stairs is a Loft Area that overlooks the spacious great room. This area has a seating area which includes a Full Hide-a-Bed Couch.

Off the other side of the Kitchen is a guest bath with a tile shower, a large laundry room, and a mudroom entrance.

Heart of the Hill is an ideal location for 3 to 4 families or 4 to 5 couples!

You will not be charged an $80 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway which includes garage use. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **
