Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay and it was very comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 5 children. The house was very clean, which was important to us because we had a crawling baby with us. The rest of the kids were under 5 and they had a blast in the house, the game room, and being outside. The only thing is we wished there was a tissue box or two!

Great place; lovely size

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very well appointed with plenty of space inside and outside and a lovely large kitchen. The downside was the carpets were very dirty and musty and dusty, and should either be replaced or eliminated as we all felt like our allergies were aggravated. There was also pet hair all over the upstairs living room and this rental was listed as a no pet rental so that was surprising.
Response from VrboOwner on 14 Oct 2026
Hi Karsten, Thanks for staying with us at Sanctuary Villa. This is a great home with an awesome outdoor space and fun amenities. We appreciate your feedback regarding the carpets and will look into scheduling a carpet cleaning. We will also be sure to address the pet hair with the cleaner. We had an amazing time. The house is incredibly comfortable, and was perfect for our group of eight ladies. Plenty of parking (we had 5 cars in the driveway, and you could easily fit another 2). The kitchen is huge and we had a great time cooking together. The hot tub was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
