About this property
A cozy house at the foot of the castle of Villerouge-Termenès and the GR36
In Languedoc-Roussillon, Aude, between sea and mountains, about forty-five minutes from Narbonne, Carcassonne or Perpignan, discover the detour of a paved alley House of Mitoune.
A holiday home situated in a privileged setting. Enjoy the happiness in the Corbières and particularly in Villerouge-Termenès, a small picturesque medieval village, rich in Cathar history.
Welcome to Sandrine and Cyril.
The House of Mitoune is a lovely family home recently renovated, located in the historic heart of the village, blending stone carving charm, local ocher and whitewashed but also a touch of contemporary decor.
The House consists on the ground floor of a living room of 30 m2 with kitchen and living room. On the first floor you will find a double room of 30m2 in total (with sofa that can serve as extra bed for child) and an ensuite bathroom (with a large walk-in shower); the toilets are on the ground floor. Finally under the roof, you will find a second bedroom of about 15 m2 with two single beds.
We have a "baby" equipment, a folding bed and bedding, bath, changing mat, a baby carrier such ideal backpack for hiking, a bottle warmer, a small pot and a booster chair.
For nightlife, you will also find in the house a small library and games. There is no television, but we have a wifi.
The House of Mitoune is rented by the week. However, depending on availability, we can accommodate you for a night, a weekend or during a short stay.
The cobbled street in which is the house is pedestrian. More broadly, there is little traffic in Villerouge-Termenès allowing children to walk and play easily in the streets and squares of this small village.
A garden, ideal for sunbathing or a picnic in a former vegetable garden plot of 50 meters from the house will be available.
For the comfort of our guests, the house is "no smoking" and does not accept pets.
Environmental protection and sustainable development:
We invite you to sort your waste during your stay, suitable containers will be available for your convenience. Moreover, the cleaning products are left at your disposal LABELING "Ecolabel".
