Beach House on the Caribbean Sea
Cottage By The Sea is located north of Maya Beach (a 3-minute drive) and Placencia Village (a 20-minute drive). Neighbouring Cottage By The Sea is The Placencia Hotel. You are allowed to use their three-tier pool if dining. Two levels of the pool are perfect for small kids. The Cottage By The Sea consists of two levels. On the first level is the living, dining, kitchen, and a half bath. The stairs take you to an open sleeping area with a full bathroom. One wing has a queen-size bed and the other wing has two twin beds. Cottage By The Sea is equipped with a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. The nearest grocery store is in Maya Beach along with other restaurants and a bowling alley (great pizza). Further south is a mini-golf course named Inky's. Then, a little further south is Placencia Village, where you will find bars, restaurants, coffee houses, grocery stores, and much more. The village is walkable but you can rent a car from Destiny car rental (good people) as well to explore. Make sure you get off the main road and take a walk down the sidewalk that runs parallel to the beach and the main road.
