Between the beach & the village, tastefully decorated villa with heated pool

Separated from the seaside by the vineyards & the agricultural lands of Sainte-Marie, this holiday rental will allow you to appreciate a still wild & authentic part of the Ile de Re. Courlis (which is the name of the house) has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated in a modern style. In front of the living room and the dining area, you will enjoy your meals on the sunny wooden terrace, unless you prefer to relax by the heated pool, located at the rear of the house. In short, these two areas will allow you to follow the sun throughout the day

Great location and great stay

We stayed for one week and enjoyed our time here. We’d already spent a week in La Courade and enjoyed our second week in this property benefiting from a quiet location away from main road traffic yet close to everything. The market is a few mins away for morning essentials and the beach equally a short walk. The property is lovely and spacious and the kitchen well stocked with what you need for utensils to prepare a meal. The pool is great and plenty of loungers and outdoor dining options so you can catch the sunshine through the whole day. The owner communicated well throughout and the check in and out was quick and easy. Linen we had to organise which we did thru Loc Linge and was easy but I would always prefer to have it all included as one less thing to arrange. But overall we were pleased with our stay and would recommend.

Great villa and lovely pool!

We loved our stay, the villa was perfect for our family with a young baby. The pool area was very neat and tidy with lovely plants and great all day sunshine. The inside was very clean, kitchen well appointed with an additional terrace/outdoor table just off it and the bedrooms very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet location, slightly set back from the road, which made it very peaceful but still a short walk to the restaurants and town square. It’s also very close to the beach at the end of the road. We would definitely stay again. The host was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We had a great holiday and would recommend this property.

Ferienhaus St.Marie de Re

Wir haben uns in dem hübschen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt( 6 Erwachsene und ein mittelgrosser Hund).Wir hatten genügend Platz im Haus und auch im Aussenbereich. Alles sehr gepflegt. Organisation bei Ankunft und Abfahrt bestens geklappt. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Zur Ortsmitte mit Bäckerei,Supermarkt, Markthalle, Restaurant sowie zum Strand ca.5 bis 10 Min. zu Fuss. Uns hat es allen sehr gut gefallen und empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Tolles Haus mit super Lage

Sehr netter Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche waren sehr gut! Das gesamte Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt! Die Nähe zum Strand mit ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß war grandios!
