Cette location est surtout une maison d’atmosphĂšres, typique de l’üle. N’est pas face a la mer mais prĂšs de la mer. Rangements trĂšs insuffisant pour une famille. La troisiĂšme chambre n’en est pas une, situĂ©e sous les combles et ouverte. Il serait apprĂ©ciable pour un court sĂ©jour d’avoir Ă  l’arrivĂ©e certains produits de premiĂšre nĂ©cessitĂ© surtout quand on vient de loin. Ces commentaires ne nuisent pas au fait que cela reste un bel endroit trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus, vom Strand "um die Ecke". Paradiesische Urlaubsruhe - nur die Brandung ist zu hören. Sehr absprechend und dekorativ eingerichtete RĂ€umlichkeiten. KĂŒchenausstattung bestens. GeschirrspĂŒler und Waschmaschine stehen kostenfrei zur VerfĂŒgung. Attraktiver ĂŒberschaubarer Garten mit Sitz- und Grill-Möglichkeiten. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Wir haben dort herrliche zwei Ferienwochen erlebt. Kleine EinschrĂ€nkungen: So gut wie keine SchrĂ€nke und AblageflĂ€chen fĂŒr Kleidung und BettwĂ€sche ist grundsĂ€tzlich selbst mitzubringen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen sicher wieder!

TrÚs bien placée à 2 pas de la plage, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin bien végétalisé de la location. La maison est joliment décorée et spacieuse. L'accueil de Sylvie fut trÚs sympathique.

Sehr schönes, individuell eingerichtetes Haus mit besonderem Flair. Nicht in jedem Punkt praktisch- wir haben z.B. einen Kleiderschrank oder eine Haken vermisst, um Kleider aufzuhĂ€ngen (Kommode ist vorhanden). Meer fußlĂ€ufig in wenigen Metern, Haus liegt direkt an der DĂŒne - der Strand ist allerdings nur bedingt zum Baden geeignet, wir sind immer mit dem Fahrrad eine Bucht weitergefahren. Sylvie ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich und bei Fragen zu erreichen und kĂŒmmert sich.

Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir louer cette trĂšs jolie maison trĂšs bien situĂ©e car en bout de lotissement avec accĂšs direct Ă  la plage TrĂšs soignĂ©e cosy et lumineuse la dĂ©coration reflĂšte ce que l’on attend d’une maison pour y passer de belles vacances et s’y sentir bien. A notre arrivĂ©e nous avons Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement bien accueillis avec le sourire et la gentillesse de Sylvie, la maison Ă©tait trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Excellent beach side bungalow

Really nice property. Great location and 1 minute from the beach. Like a few other comments it would be good if listing clearly stated cleaning costs (100 euros) and that if you don’t bring bedding there would be a further unknown cost. We took our own bedding and towels, and when we informed the property manager she seemed upset!

TrĂšs jolie maison au calme et bord de mer

Super séjour dans cette ravissante maison trÚs bien équipée et trÚs joliment décorée. TrÚs bien située au bout d'une impasse et en bord de plage. Jolie vue le soir sur le coucher de soleil dans les dunes! Quartier trÚs calme, parfait pour se reposer. Balades à vélo à proximité ainsi que les petits marchés typiques tous les matins (Saint martin, le bois plage, la Flotte, Rivedoux...) et pour les plus courageux Ars en Ré et le phare des baleines!

Maison bien situĂ©e, au calme et face Ă  la mer, propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e & dĂ©corĂ©e. Beau coin de jardin avec vue sur les dunes (malheureusement les poubelles se trouvent dans le coin de jardin, malgrĂ© qu‘ on n‘ a pas le droit de les utiliser. VoilĂ  notre seul point de critique: dans l‘ annonce on n‘ est pas informĂ© Ă  propos du fait qu‘ il faut porter toute sa poubelle dans la rue dans une poubelle publique Ă  environ 300 m

Magnifique séjour

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette magnifique maison, meublĂ©e avec goĂ»t, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et dans laquelle nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis Ă  l’aise. Nous avions plus l’impression d’ĂȘtre « chez des amis » que dans une location de vacances. La maison est trĂšs calme, Ă  deux minutes Ă  pied de la mer. La plage est un peu dĂ©cevante au premier abord: beaucoup de rochers (il faut se baigner avec des chaussures de plage, en vente Ă  l’hypermarchĂ© local), des algues et peu de sable. Ces petits dĂ©fauts sont vite compensĂ©s par le peu de monde. En dĂ©finitive, nous y sommes surtout allĂ©s pour nous baigner, faire voler notre cerf-volant, regarder les vagues ou admirer le coucher de soleil, et avons profitĂ© de la fraicheur de la maison ou de la terrasse. Enfin, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis par Sylvie qui, avec son mari, ont rĂ©agi immĂ©diatement, efficacement et surtout avec le sourire aux petits problĂšmes que nous leur avons signalĂ©s (Ă©vier bouchĂ©, 
).

Toffe woning op een boogscheut van de zee

Zeer goed gelegen woning met een heel toffe tuin en overdekte eetplaats buiten. Het strand is vlakbij en rustig, maar is wel een beetje rotsig, dus niet ideaal om te zwemmen. aanrader !

WARNING - make sure you double

Please be aware that some versions of the website have a number of material inaccuracies. Unfortunately we only learnt these about after we arrived at the property. We visited the property in August 2019 and have since seen in the reviews that a guest had the same problem in April 2019 - nothing has been done about the inaccuracies. The website stated that all taxes and fees were included, as were "linens" and "towels". On arrival we were asked to pay for these alongside a cleaning contribution – additional payments running into hundreds of Euros! We did not receive any information about this before arrival despite claims by the owner that emails had been sent to us after we booked outlining this information. We were made to feel very uncomfortable by the housekeeper on arrival and departure when we raised the fact that we were unaware and unwilling to pay the extra charges. We ended up paying for new towels and extra for additional taxes and fees. The owner begrudgingly paid for the linen which the housekeeper then tried to extract from us again on departure. We are now in a lengthy claims process trying to recover the amounts extra that we paid. This really impacted on what should have been an enjoyable holiday on a lovely island. It is a shame as rectifying the website and pricing information would solve the issues. I hope that this review raises awareness of the issues for future guests and motivates the owners to resolve the website inaccuracies as they are still present on the website which is unacceptable given they were first raised by another guest in their review in April 2019.

Une merveille, cosy et calme, située idéalement

Un vrai bonheur que cette maison lovĂ©e contre la dune avec un petit chemin d’acces a la plage qui longe le jardin ! A 10 minutes max de vĂ©lo du centre de Ste Marie, au calme et protĂ©gĂ©e du vent, dans une impasse loin de toute route passante, c’est un havre de paix. Une dĂ©coration simple et de bon goĂ»t, toute en dĂ©licatesse et pleine de charme, nous a fait sentir comme chez nous dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e. Sylvie nous a accueillis comme si nous Ă©tions de vieux amis, et nous a fournis de multiples conseils et suggestions pour parcourir l’ile. La maison est confortable (trĂšs bonne literie, tv et wifi, salon de jardin, barbecue, tout le nĂ©cessaire pour la cuisine puisque c’est une maison habitĂ©e Ă  l’annĂ©e). Garage parfait pour les vĂ©los et une place pour garer la voiture devant la maison. Un seul regret : notre sĂ©jour Ă©tait trop court. C’est sur nous reviendrons !
