Extremely disappointed !!

When you said it had been refurbished .. we were anticipating a more modern apartment, this was far from being refurbished !! In our opinion the apartment was very tired, the limited photographs did not show the accomodation properly. No space for clothes etc. it was full of owners belongings .. official complaint being raised with VERBO !!

Merci, POURQUOI AVEZ VOUS PROLONGE VOTRE SEJOUR ?????? vous êtes bien la première personne à me noter aussi mal.je pense Madame que vous devez vivre dans un château avec quelques domestiques pour vous servir ou peut-être le contraire. Pourtant, nous avons tout fait pour vous recevoir et vous aider Laetitia a eu l extrême gentillesse de vous accompagner jusqu' à Béziers quand vous avez laissé votre voiture au seul endroit ou il ne fallait pas stationner, sur le marché, vous êtes bien la seule. Vous avez trouvé l appartement très bien nettoyant et très accueillant et parfois les occupants laissent l appartement plutôt propre dans ce style de location. je ne vous recommande pas auprès de VRBO

l'appartement pourrait facilement être légèrement amélioré mais l'emplacement est vraiment sympa avec en bonus une superbe vue sur le port et la mer

Emplacement idéal près de la plage et du Centre Ville. Cependant il faudrait améliorer le couchage car le canapé lit n’est pas confortable et prévoir une climatisation performante pour pouvoir fermer tous les vitrages la nuit …

Bonjour Catherine concernant le couchage ,certaines personnes préfèrent un couchage ferme, ce qui est apparemment la majorité et d 'autres plus tendre. vous avez eu un temps superbe ce qui n a pas été le cas sur le reste de la France . c est le midi et en plein mois d 'août il peut parfois faire chaud; c est la raison pour laquelle il y a eu autant d 'incendie. cordialement Patricia .

Nicht für Urlauber, die Ruhe suchen. Luna Park und Bühne sind sehr nahe. Die Aussicht ist grandios - Meerblick.

Tavis de notre sejour a Valras plage ⛱️😉

Effectivement grandes baies vitrées très agréables 😉 avec vue splendide 😍 bon accueil a l'arrivée, nous sommes arrivés mis juin et parking payant 7€ journée.. Mais aucune autre façon de se garer.. Petites rues fermées par des plots.. 🥴 Et nous n'avions pas de pass.. Donc compliqué pour décharger et charger véhicule .. 🥴Très grand marché vêtements juste devant sur la place le lundi et vendredi 😉 excellentes affaires 👍immense plage tres longue .. ⛱️Beaucoup de restaurants.. Nous decouvrions Valras pour la 1ère fois et nous y reviendrons 😉 je recommande cette location

BONJOUR Merci de votre message. Effectivement et c 'est nouveau les plots dans la rue sans consultation des valrassiens. Ceci dit les cartes de parking à la semaine pour 49 euros et qui permettent de se garer sur n importe quel stationnement dans la ville sont peu chères.

Il ne fallait pas dire dans l'annonce {récemment rénové et première mise en location}

Très bon séjour l'immeuble est un peu vétuste par rapport aux descriptif de Abritel mais l'emplacement et la vue sont super j'y reviendrai volontiers

Appartement idéalement situé avec vue exceptionnelle sur le port et la place

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé et très proche des commerces. La propriétaire ainsi que Martine qui est la personne qui s’occupe de vous à l’arrivée sont très sympathiques. Pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture, tout est à disposition .

Vue exceptionnelle, apt sympa

Appartement bien situé , un peu bruyant les matins de marché .Un lit de 140/160 serait le bien venu dans la chambre au lieu du lit de 120... Le canapé restant très inconfortable pour y dormir . Manque un grille pain pour le petit déjeuner .mis à part qq petits détails, cela reste un appartement très sympa pour 2 ou 3 personnes maxi. Le stationnement reste compliqué en journée , et si vous arrivez après 18h, ca tourne vite au cauchemard, puisque tout le centre devient piéton de 18hoo à 6hoo le lendemain matin, à prévoir le jour de votre arrivée

Bonsoir, quelques petites précisions quant à vos remarques : l' appartement est volontairement proposé pour un maximum de 3 personnes et pas plus, c ' est la raison pour laquelle , il y a un lit en 120 bien signalé. Le canapé et très confortable car le couchage est plutôt ferme que mou. Il est très récent.je l ' ai moi-même utilisé. le grille pain a été enlevé suite à l alarme incendie obligatoire. En septembre les 3/4 de la population a abandonné la plage. Il y a des parkings partout autour de l immeuble et je me gare personnellement en bas dans ma rue. les arrivées sont préconisées pour 15 H et c ' est normal que la ville soit rendue aux piétons, ce que la population valrassienne apprécie. bien à vous
